I think you can get a shiny stone from Super Secret Training.

As for Heart Scales, the easiest thing to do is to perform Game Sync and then once your data syncs go to the Global Link website and you can exchange your Poke Miles for them on there. You can also grind Luvdiscs, but if you have a lot of Poke Miles this way is much faster.

It looks like all Pokemon caught in the Friend Safari have 2 perfect IVs, with baby Pokemon caught in the Friend Safari having 3. Also, from personal experience, it seems like it's more likely in the Friend Safari to find Pokemon with their 2nd Abilities. Don't know about Hidden Abilities.

Took me a bit but I now I have a fully EV trained Eevee.

Did mostly Level 2 training with some level 3 training in there but the training bags made it take not as long as I expected.

Now to concentrate on getting my Sylveon

You can grab hidden abilities as well. Easiest thing to do is to take a Pokemon with the Trace ability so you don't waste your time catching ones with abilities you don't want

Alright, and near the end you could take two near-max IV babies and put them together assuming they have genders. From there it seems like only a matter of time until you get a perfect or near-perfect baby.

I love how more streamlined the breeding/EV training has become.

2 of my squirtles have the Pokerus. 1/~21,000.
