For natures, just have an everstone on the parent with the nature you want passed.

Magician.

It could be some problem with your router- Try to restart it and do a new connection to the 3DS.

Make sure one of the parents is Adamant and holding an Everstone to ensure the nature carries over.

You can brute force it.

Easiest way for me was to breed a Ralts or Abra over and over so they can have Synchronize. Having a Synchronizer in front of the party will make Pokemon of the same nature appear more often (So a Modest Ralts w/ Synchronize would show more Modest Pokemon). I used this to catch Dittos that were the proper nature to make it easier in the future. So now say I want an Adamant Chespin. I can pull out Chespin out of the box, and breed him with an Adamant Ditto w/ Everstone.

You could get it by random, but there's like 25 natures in the game so you are playing with the RNG gods. If you could find a Ditto that's Adamant (catch Ditto in Pokemon Village) then it would be really useful because Dittos can breed with everyone.

It's either that or catch Abra/Ralts over and over.
And Ralts is pretty rare, and Abra has teleport. Much faster to just breed.

I've bred almost 60 Goomys and haven't gotten a single modest one yet, and I looked through all my boxes and I caught exactly 4 modest Pokemon out of 6 full boxes.

I just saw MBanette stats and it suck ass, priority Destiny Bond aside, it's just asking too much for him to be the only Mega on your team. They gave him even more attack without the movepool to use it and the HP, Speed and defenses are still trash. It's kind of odd that some already strong pokemon got insane, while some weak ones got a huge boost yet some are still not to the legendary level Mevos suggests, I'm sure Banette is not the only one like this.

Also some old pokemon had receive a slight boost in base stats, mostly just a +10 in a single one. The guys at smogon are doing some hardcore crazy investigation as we speak.
