Just found out that if you have a flaffy in pokemon-amie and try to touch it on its wool, it'll shock you.

That's an extremely nice little touch they added to it.

Found a guy who wanted an Articuno for his Xerneas on GTS, so hooray I got all the Norse-Pokemon gods. I was expecting to have to wait to get Xerneas until I transfer over my Pokemon and trade over a better legendary. I have like 5 Articunos sitting on Black 2 lol

Wild Lunatone have a chance to hold them, and you have a chance to win one from the Hydregion stage in Secret Super Training level 5.

But you can't do items that way, and the biggest benefit of getting both is to be able to get every mega stone without any haggling.

It does, but there's a chance you got points in something else in between.

No, it's probably going to be more like "one storage pc both games are connected to" and probably won't trigger trade-evos. If your concern is trade evos, you'll still need a friend. Pokemon box is pretty much going to be one unified pc that you can access across all cartridges you own for this and future pokemon games.
