Any Pokemon that's not from generation 6 can be IV checked from IV calculators

Except the ones that have had their stats changed. A Gen 5 IV calculator will not work for them.

I would say Sylveon. It already has pretty high special defense, so the lowering of it won't hurt too much.

So hard to pick lol. After looking around a bit, Espeon is my favorite followed by Sylveon. Think I'm gonna go with Espeon.
