Huh, does the stat increase still happen when you hit a shield move? I'm always under the impression that the stat change doesn't happen unless you damage them.

edit: oh yeah, should have thought of contrary. Thought you were talking about powerup punch.

Though why would you keep a ghost type in with a dark type anyway?

I'm a little confused at what I'm supposed to do in the game post Elite Four. There's 700 pokemon in the National Dex, but it doesn't seem like a lot opens up after you get them down.

Just use Exp Share, and it doesn't even have to do the fighting.

The EVs will show up on the graph so you can get an idea of them.

Most of them will have to be transferred from pokebank or traded for. There's never been more than 2/3rds of all the pokemon available in one game. (at least not since Gold/Silver/Crystal.)

Unless you feel like playing around with friend safari and going on a mega stone hunt for an hour each day, there's not much left to do.

Besides competitive breeding and battling, of course.

It's time they just make it an official Pokemon already. If an ice cream cone and a ring of keys can be Pokemon, then a glitch can too. Also, it's one of the original Pokemon, which automatically makes it 100 times better than any of the new ones.

I take it back this person is pretty dumb as Missingno was never a Pokémon in the first place.

If people knew the truth about Missingno there would be nothing special about that glitch.

You'd have to catch one. (which is nearly impossible unless you do RNG manipulation.) Ditto can't breed other ditto.

RNG research is going to take a long time to figure out since we can't check any of the game's internals. Normal Pokemon get good IVs from chain breeding with other Pokemon with good IVs, Ditto's one of the few that can't.
