What would it take for me to get my hands on one with 5 perfect IVs? I've already given you Pokémon from the only two species of which I have perfect specimens...

Got a Gastly with 5 IVs really fast the other day and now the RNG god hates me. Second day of Spritzee and no luck yet (although I wasted time not replacing Ditto once I got Spritzees with good IVs since it took longer producing eggs...). Taking a break now. Maybe I should go after Articuno lol

So some Austrian guy was so mad that I was able to beat his Mega Kangaskhan that knew Power-Up Punch (a cheap strategy) with my Klefki (an equally cheap strategy) that for the rest of the match he stalled on every turn and then disconnected at the end when I beat him.

So thank you, Game Freak, for making it so sore losers still lose rank for losing when they disconnect.

Yeah, just explore and talk to/battle everyone. And you're a decent way from the E4, but you should be able to get there by tonight.

So my Pokemon is one heart away from max affection, and when I bump it up to the next level the heart meter doesn't update at all. What's going on? I have a Pokemon with max affection and never encountered this issue. Also my Pokemon are getting full when I'm not even feeding them. Am I missing something?

Yeah, just explore and talk to/battle everyone. And you're a decent way from the E4, but you should be able to get there by tonight.

Been enjoying this game a lot though I feel Team Flare are a great deal worse Antagonists than most of the other mainline Pokemon games. They really need to step it up to change how I feel in the short time they have left.

Still, I love this game, all the improvements have been great and I've enjoyed the Kalos region (apart from navigating Lumiose City anyway)

So the chain doesn't end after you catch a shiny? Damn, I was at 203 yesterday but just stopped 3 encounters after I got my Clauncher because I was bored as fuck.

Holy Karp! Is it as easy as that? The guide posted makes it sound rather complicated... I'd love me a shiny! Only legit shiny that wasn't given to me was a shiny Drowzee in HG...

Well it was far easier than I expected, yeah. I mean I got these three in about half an hour!
That doesn't seem to be the average time it takes though, I'll have to thank HypnoDarkrai for that.

I find it funny how so many Pokemon actually look decent in 3D, but not so great in 2D as in previous games.

I'm not very far at all. I only have three badges. Fun game though (way more fun than White 2, which I quit playing right before this came out- was just so boring), but I haven't had too much time to play it.

Isn't a Destiny Knot a better way to transfer IVs this gen? And doesn't Super Training negate the need for them for EV training?

Super Training sucks. Even if you don't have Pokerus Horde EV training is much faster than any kind of EV training in previous gens.

Also, some Pokemon are terrible characters to use in the super training mini-game, so some Pokemon are even more at a disadvantage in Super Training.

Each hoard gives 50 or 60 Evs each with pokerus and a power item. reset bags can be used to keep count.
