I just played the power plant section and was surprised to see it was in 3D. It looked so much better, surely the priority for Pokemon Z must be 100% 3D support.
There's no way they will patch X/Y right?
Given where the 3D is and isn't, it seems like the decision to cut it was purely performance based. The game barely runs well as is. Almost no way they patch in full support and I doubt any pokemon game on this engine/console will ever have full support. I just don't think the 3DS can do it.
Just caught a Shiny Spoink!
:O
Spoink is one of my favourites. Never evolve into Grumpig though. Spoink is so cute :3

I guess I'm not the only one getting Pokedreams. lol
Over 800 Aron eggs hatched in quest for a shiny, must not lose hope now.
Dedication. I tried chaining and when the chain broke after 10 I thought fuck it lol.
Yes, that are all important; I forgot about the rules to chaining in the beginning an utterly failed at it.I recently read about chaining with this guide
http://yellowfur.tumblr.com/post/64774138413/shiny-hunting-guide-1-since-so-muc-people-asked
and found it very difficult. I was searching for a Sandslash and the patches of grass weren't really that big. Are all the rules really important? No edges, must be 4th step away or more, shaking fast.. etc?
I was looking for a spot to fish for shiny Poliwags yesterday, and ran into a shiny Skorupi, completely unintentionally. I eventually managed to snag a shiny Poliwag as well. I still haven't even beaten the last gym yet, hoarding shinies is taking up all my time.
Three more questions:
1. How does the whole breed-for-perfect-IV thing work?
2. How do I get shinies in the Friend Safari? Just random, no way to improve the odds?
3. Does having a shiny to use for breeding help with the Masuda method to get more shinies?
How?
I dont get it. 80 hours in, no single shiny to be seen, but people report like shinies are everywhere.

1. Picture guide in OP helps a lot.
2. Random. Might be a bit higher than chances in wild though.
3. Nope. Shiny parents don't increase odds of shiny kids at all.
Good game otakumegane. Air slash is such bullshit. T_T
Hope to play you some other time.

Good luck. I'm only at 70-80 Hawluchas. Maybe luck will be with me soon.
I was just browsing Bulbapedia spoiling the rest of the new Pokemon I haven't seen yet, and what the hell is this?

Worst Pokemon design ever?
I've only reached Camphrier Town. This game is so easy, but I have a hard time picking it up.
All "can't breed" egg group Pokemon (including legendaries) fought in the wild are rigged to have 3 perfect IVs. The other 3 IVs are still random.Decided to try talking to the IV judge, he said my Zygarde has Attack, Defense, and Speed that "can't be beat!"
