They'd bring in someone whose iconic to the series, and has been apart of the series for a long time, or bring in someone from a new game, and let me tell you, there probably won't be a new Metroid for awhile.
I hope that Dorf gets maybe some Demise-inspired moves at least so we can see some sword action. I could at least see him being an alt color if not playable.
Magikarp's never been in Smash Bros, though.

Goldeen isn't Magikarp...
I always found it weird they used Goldeen as the "useless fish" and not Magikarp.
A Magikarp gets to look forward to being Gyarados someday. A Goldeen is bad forever.
There's absolutely no chance Demise will be playable, and his size has nothing to do with it.

lol, depending on how long it takes to grow and how durable the tree is, I could see it being put to some hilarious use. Edgeguarding, or putting it in really annoying spots on stages.

The funny thing about those long"combos" in Melee (especially for low tier characters) is that smash DI kills a lot of them. Unless the Mewtwo is playing a scrub, he'll get a few hits off of a Fox, nothing close to this gif though (well once in a while it will happen though).
Yeah, you'd probably have a better chance to pull a similar combo off in Brawl. Granted, the opposing player would need to waste his recovery first, but then you'd be good to go. A skilled Marth player is all you need to juggle defenseless players around like a ragdoll...

Usually Magikarp is the one in the anime/games who never did shit except for splashing on the ground. I knew that it was Goldeen, I just got it mixed up. That never made sense, Goldeen isn't useless in or out of water unlike Magikarp is.

Exactly I think people who hate them have never really fought against an IC who can do them. De synching is so much more useful to their game but much harder to learn.
