Common courtesy, yeah he made it clear and Im reaching here, but its obvious hes emotional about the situation. Usually companies react to your cancelation or talk it over to make sure its what you want to do.

Iv personally never called anyone to cancel and they just replied, "okay done", its usually a 10min conversation, ie Sky TV, BT.

So you're delivery date says 11/21. They tell you that it'll be delivered 11/21. You reply that if it won't be delivered 11/15, you would like to cancel so they cancel it. Now you're mad?

Did you pay for expedited shipping? For all I know, walmart doesn't offer release date delivery. Ever think that they won't ship the console until the 15th? You really couldn't wait 6 more days (4 business days really which lines up to shipping time).

Not really. He was too impatient to wait and told them he would like to cancel his pre-order if he wasn't going to get his PS4 on the 15th. He got exactly what he asked for. I'm prepared to give him benefit of the doubt, but from the way he explained it he came across as entitled. Unfortunately shit happens during massive product launches like this, perhaps he underestimated his place in the queue.

Yeah, I sympathize mostly I guess. Judging by the poster above you, it does seem like its a "shipping" thing that extended his wait.

Came expecting Ps4 all over the place with so many meltdowns.

Perhaps Ps4 needs an internet connection too? Or is he update till now?

Yosp said they wouldn't ban you if you got your PS4 early and plugged it in. What he didn't mention was that they'll have ninjas going around silencing everyone who gets it early... But you know they're not banning them.

The more you can fit in a container to ship from China, the cheaper the shipping becomes.

The console is launching in 5 days in NA and you guys are desperate to see a video of the UI? I don't get what would you get out of it. For me it would be more exciting to see the whole thing (UI included) for the first time when I receive my console.

And I still have to wait until nov 29 :(
 
People need to know what the fourth level down Triangle menu on top of "Audio Settings" has!!!

Am I the only one who wants to experience the startup and the UI of the console for myself instead of from a shoddy youtube video? I mean, discovering it for myself is like half the fun of having a new console.

It's going to be tough, but I'm going to try and dodge any UI footage until have installed the machine and can see it for myself.
 
So i texted the user who had the ps4 pics on Instagram he had his phone on their . Here is his response

Him: Best buy my homie works at the distribution center

Me: Sell

Me: Selling early ?

Him: Yea man he just file them as broken or damaged good and the while pallet of them gets marked as bad so he gets them all
