Maintenance but who knows.

Some guy tweeted there be only 40k to 60k. That seems really really low even if there were supply constraints. No way you wouldn't have at least over 100,000. I don't see how Apple couldn't prepare at least that many even with the supply issues with the displays.

A crazy theory could be, have an unexpected launch for mini's tomorrow with really small supply, get a ton of people lining up, and with no mini, up sell them an iPad Air which has better margins etc.,
