It's not cross buy. The last retail cross buy game was Sly Cooper back in February.

Last two fighting games that were cross play had their crappy online, absolutely turned to garbage when they went cross play. No thanks.

Not in terms of it being on the Vita, but in terms of everything in injustice is an eyesore.

Well, the game is incredibly fun on consoles, so don't let that hold you back. The only thing that would make me not recommend it would be if they fucked up the port way bad.

Despite not being native res, it still looks much better than MK Vita did from what I can see. Wish EU scrubs didn't have to wait until the 29th. :/

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus and Dead or Alive 5 Plus come to mind.
Though those two games turned out looking okay in the end.
Okay, it finally downloaded.
The first thing most people will probably do is switch L and R as they seem mapped weird to me by default.
The port's pretty in person, though obviously not as gorgeous as the console versions. It's definitely a step up from MK9. It also seems to run fine, though I'd have to test some more to see if there are horrible frame drops during more hectic stuff on complicated stages.
Sound quality is great with no obnoxiously annoying compression, thank goodness.
Loading between fights is maybe a couple seconds longer than loading on console, while loading to character select seems to take just ever so slightly longer than it should.

Total bullshots. As always, the game looks better on the Vita screen than the screengrabs do, but here's the Vita version in (still) action, cross-posting from the Injustice OT thread:
Only just now trying online. The first match I played was pretty smooth- certainly much better than what I played of MK PC and what it sounds like Injustice PC is like. There's no lobbies, though- just Ranked, Player, and Private match options.
Regarding the visuals it looks like I got fooled a bit. I'd still say that Injustice certainly looks better than Mortal Kombat did on Vita, but some of the super moves increase the amount of character detail (it appears that the frame rate drops to 30 to allow this?) quite a bit. It's pretty noticeable.
Superman up close during his super:
Superman at the end of his super move. Note that Doomsday already has less detail in comparison:
Superman after the super move animation has completely finished, back to how he appears outside of intro/win poses and his super:
