In NE Florida and fellow Amazon victim here. This is the biggest fuck up I have personally experienced in the years I have used their site. Their initial response to this for me was a joke, they refunded me $5.99, while giving my buddy in the same situation $50 for his initial complaint. You better believe I ended up with $50 as well, but I guess I didn't push hard enough to get a $100 refund as I see some on here got. As someone who placed an order the moment they opened on Amazon I am just still amazed they could mess this up as badly as they apparently have. To kick it all off apparently a bunch of us just had our shipping update to show them here in Jacksonville. WTF UPS and Amazon, this is absolutely unacceptable. I expect will we be seeing a much more coordinated corporate response on this soon, as it affected too many to let this just go away. I'm half considering canceling the Xbox One I still have preorder, except I almost want to see what kind of train wreck they manage to make that launch into at this point. We should all be getting full refunds, this is such a colossal mistake. If they had notified us earlier we could have at least all gone to a store and walked in and grabbed one before they had sold out by tonight. Just wow.
