Yeah, I've only played Awakening and only got into the series because they added Casual Mode, where perma-death is removed. What I'd want is Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, in HD, on one disk, with Casual Mode added as an option, as well as optional touch controls on the WiiU GamePad, Off-TV Play, and Miiverse integration. I won a bet against Qurupeke. His bet is that he predict that Lucina would reveal before Marth, but I disagreed. The result is:
I felt bad that he had one of most annoying avatar, so I decided to be merciful member to grant him a second avatar so it wouldn't bother him or other people.
2. A bet with Troubled Bat. She predicted that we would get Captain Falcon last Wednesday, but she was dearly wrong. The result is that she is waiting for Wednesday FOREVER, and new beloved avatar that everyone dreadfully witnessed.
Yeah, she only had it for few days, so I decided to allowed her to changed the avatar because everyone loathe the avatar. Yeah, I actually feel bad for them.
3. A bet with Troubled Bat, AGAIN! She predicted that we would get character reveal yesterday, but she was wrong once again. Of course, I gave her a better avatar that would be easy on people's eyes.
I still have 4 ongoing bets with 4 different members in this thread.
1. Troubled Bat, again.. She betted that Waluigi will be playable character in SSB4.
2. I'M FINISHED. He betted that Snake wouldn't shown up in SSB4, but I hopefully disagreed with him.
3. Ryce, he don't believe in the rumor that would happens so unfortunately, I'm still clinging on the hope that rumor would happens. So Little Mac, Mii and Pac-Man have to be confirmed in order for me to win.
4. Drago, He strongly believed that we will get playable Chibi Robot for SSB4.
5. Gartooth, He is rooting for Simon Belmont to make his first smash debut this generation, but I strongly disagreed with him so here we are.
6. Kjellson, The sole disbeliever of Takamaru being playable character, so I had to rescue the hope that we had for Takamaru. I challenged him right at the spot.
I guess in order of whoever made bet first or they can discuss it out together.

And yeah, I'd imagine there could be gameplay tweaks to make both titles their "definitive versions." There's certainly a lot of love for the franchise at Nintendo, and Intelligent Systems is crazy productive, so... maybe!

Yeah, I'd opt for Blaziken, too -- Mega Blaziken, to be precise. And no Final Smash needed. He'd just Mega Evolve as soon as he lands on the stage.
Although I think a "Trainer Y" with Chespin, Braxien and Greninja would be best.

They are running out of characters. Sakurai even said this. Asking for more Mario, Zelda, Starfox is more insane than asking for this character.
Plus, the music from his games are perfect for Smash Bros., and he has some fantastic moves to draw upon.
Also, the Famicon Four will finally be united: Link, Takamaru, Samus and Pit!

They aren't running out of characters, Sakurai just needs to be more accepting of 2nd tier Nintendo franchises. Looking at Brawl's AT list and there are quiet a few characters who'd be decent Smash characters who got relegated to assist only like Saki, Ray MK2, Little Mac, Barbara, and Starfy.
Speaking of Starfy I'm surprised more people haven't talked about him as a potential rep, he even finally got a game released in English and seems like an easy "make him playable in Smash and boost his series popularity" choice
Starfy is actually more qualified/credentialed than 90 percent of people's suggestions for Smash. He also has his share of cool powers and transformations that would make him exciting to see in battle.

Pfft, sounds like you haven't played Harmo Knight! Tempo would be amazing! He would thwack enemies with his staff, and could have the birds/dolphins for his recovery move (Up Special), fire notes or baddies at his enemies (Special and Forward Special!), and he could even call in Tappy, Lyra and Tyko much like how Wario calls in a motorcycle (Down Special).
The best part, though, would be the sound his staff makes -- it would harmonize with the music currently playing in the background of the stage. Furthermore, Tempo's bobbing as he runs around would synchronize to the beat of the background music, as well!
Saki and Isaac are probably the only characters he could make interesting. I think people stopped caring about Stafy when he made him a joke assist. That pretty much showed how Sakurai views that character.
