'Twas Ron Rifkin's Emmy episode...likely a Guest Star Submission for Amy Irving as well. While I'm slightly disappointed that they spent an entire episode without even mentioning Elena, I think it was important to figure out just what was up with Arvin Clone...and now we've got a much better idea...kind of.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm seeing a bit of a theme. Pure speculation here.

Elena was stealing Hydrosec, a chemical that would pollute the world's water supply. Sloane once attempted to put into place a Rambaldi formula to change the brain patterns of the world...by polluting the world's water supply. I'm sensing a bit of a connection, here. Seems like the Hydrosec will be reengineered to use the nectar from the orchid for its backwards-engineered purposes by using the giant red ball of doom. But, just a theory.

Great episode...makes me wish I wasn't spoiled for next week.

Another great episode. Last week Garber was amazing, now Rifkin puts in a great performance. Great stuff. I only wish they hadn't waited until the end of the season to get things going.
