And yes, the fan clearly had his arm in the way as if to reach for the ball but jerked it back when he realized how close Sheff was. In fact, it looks like the fan deliberately pulled up his arm close to his body so as to NOT touch Sheff, but of course being a gigantic asshole and probably suffering from a killer combo of roid rage and menstrual pains Sheff decided to throw a effeminate half-swing at the fan, causing a random female bystander to stumble.
