Stros still losing 4-2 :( Damn horrible fielding by Willy might cost us this game.

well we haven't batted in the 9th yet, but we're gonna lose. our pitching is fine, but christ, if we hit anywhere fucking near this in the playoffs, we have no fucking chance.
we have 3 clutch hitters on our team, everyone else ranges from average to bum when it matters. konerko has the best stats on our team, but he can't hit in the clutch for fucking shit.
god. so irritating.

plus, we have dickish injuries all the fucking time. jermaine dye has missed every game in this series due to infected bugbites on his leg. what the fuck?

this is the most pissed i've been at this team all year. we're finally playing contenders and we start off 2 of the 3 games by committing 3 errors leading to 3 unearned runs in one game and not being able to hit for goddamn shit with runners in scoring position in another. fuck me i take this too seriously.

this probably is premature, but fuck it. we need another bat, or we have no reason to show up in the playoffs.
we're not as good as our record shows. our pitching rocks, and overall we're good, yeah. but this team can't hit when it matters, plain and simple.

this is so disappointing, and i'm sure it will continue to be as we keep playing good teams. god fuckit.

it begins......

indeed, the southside pessimism begins in full. sigh.

at least it's not like last season where i got into this mode while we were still battling for the division. at least this year i'm basically guaranteed a play-off birth.

Every time the Jays are fighting out another win, they gain no ground.. I can't believe they're still in it being only 1 game over .500.

We'll trade you Kerry Wood.

Once he gets back pitching int 10 days or whenever, he better dominate every fucking game he pitches the rest of the year and win them all! I've had it with his injury prone bullshit!

We might not have climbed closer towards Boston but we got a game on NY and Baltimore yesterday at least.

man i'm so bumped about the Dodgers. Any legit trade rumors revolving the dodgers? Last I heard the Reds want too much for Dunn.

ERIC B!!!!!! DIE NATS DIE!

6 more outs and we get the split. woo. neal cotts is so nasty. righties are batting .130 off him. that's just ridiculous.

also, holy fuck@that houston game

Great job Hoston... and the Nats continue their skid with the BRAVES up next! :lol I'll be cheering for the Asstros for about another 3 days... hehehe

Of course, he is a Killer B after all.

Astros need to go out and trade for a good hitter with a last name starting with B... works everytime.

Backe, Brandon Houston Astros
Bagwell, Jeff Houston Astros
Berkman, Lance Houston Astros
Biggio, Craig Houston Astros
Bruntlett, Eric Houston Astros
Burke, Chris Houston Astros

Possible Killer B's

Blalock, Hank Texas Rangers
Bonds, Barry San Francisco Giants
Bradley, Milton Los Angeles Dodgers
Byrnes, Eric Colorado Rockies

:lol

jesus. thank god hermanson was able to clean up marte's mess.
i'll take a split with the red sox. imagine if this was a first round play-off series....game 5 would decide it all. i don't think i'd be able to watch.

white sox magic number = 44

FUCK FUCK. I was out all afternoon so I missed this obvious shitfest, but I'm still annoyed as hell. Not only did we lose a tight game to the Royals, but we scored (yet again) in the 9th, but not enough to win. Fucking cockteases losing to shitty teams. ugh.

Gibbons want them to lose, he did not hit send a pinch hitter up for Hill. The guy is 0for17, that should tell you something.

Prior showed what a true champion he is tonight. He didn't have nearly close to his best stuff, but he battled away going 6 and not giving up any more runs after the first!

God bless you, sir. Yanks avoid the sweep in a pitcher's duel. Matsui owns. Mo Rivera makes people look comical. Pinstripes are 1.5 out in the AL East. <3 <3 <3
