Artest played on both teams...?
lol for every big shot that Artest has made, he's thrown up 3 turrible ones to make up for it.

Who's he supposed to stop? Magic? Worthy? Thanks for the Chrimbus lulz

True about artest, but everything he's ever done and ever will done was redeemed by game 7.

06-07 Spurs made it look too easy.

Kobe/Pau Lakers would get swept anyways

Chicago @ New York
Boston @ Orlando
Miami @ Los Angeles
Denver @ Oklahoma City
Portland @ Golden State

Ill be at the Laker/Heat game in the upper deck with the real fans. Will make sure its loud for XMAS and will happily join in on any derogatory chants towards LeBron

Lets go lakeshow

Laughs indeed. The Lakers of the last 2 years wouldnt beat the Shaq-Kobe, Magic-Kareem, Mj led Bulls, Bird led Celtics, and would have problems vs Hakeem and the Rockets. They would match up well against the Spurs and Duncan.

Not even remotely close.... Bynum? please. He's barely even a factor in today's game - go back 20 years and he's an overgrown towel boy. Odom has never been consistent in his life. Pau? Hurray... sort of - because he's only the big he is today because there are barely any legit bigs left in the league. He'd have been blown the fuck up.

Its not even close.

And I'll say it again, today's two-peat Lakers are the weakest NBA champs of the last 20 years. Easily.

Keep preaching brother man.

I hope he gets booed to hell at Target Center and introduced like this: "At small forward, the man who wanted to contract your Minnesota Timberwolves, LeBron James."

For the rest of his career. Yeah, I'm petty, but so is he.

:lol :lol :lol

Chicago @ New York : I just like New York. Chicago doesn't impress at all.
Boston@ Orlando : Orlando I think is about to hit their stride. Gil puts them at the pace they should be playing at and D12 goes ape shit.
Miami @ Los Angeles Too big, paint too clogged.
Denver @ Oklahoma City No melo
no griffin
Portland @ Golden State lol

And the argument about x team from previous era vs current era team is probably the dumbest argument ever. LOL BUT WHO WILL STOP MAGIC? Go play 2k with that shit, smh.

If they make players go to college for at least three years like in football, then the NBA needs to force the NCAA to make some rule changes that make passing into the post and running the pick-and-roll easier. I'm not sure Derrick Favors or LMA would have lasted three years with the terrible guards they had and it's hard to get better when you can only get touches off of offensive rebounds.

Chicago @ New York (only the first quarter, I can still pick right?)
Boston @ Orlando
Miami @ Los Angeles
Denver @ Oklahoma City
Portland @ Golden State

Is Amar'e playing center? If so, he's going to dominate the Bulls. Hurry back Noah. :(

He would probably dominate better at the PF spot since he'd be going against Boozer. Kurt Thomas is still a good defender.

Brewer has been playing really well for them. Just a couple stupid mistakes this game. Still can't believe Keith Bogans is still starting over him.

They're both below average players, so whatever. Bulls don't have a good option at SG.

He can't shoot and his defense is overrated. If he was really that good, wouldn't he be starting over Bogans?

He will start eventually. At the beginning of the season he was hurt and then when he was healthy, Boozer was inserted in the starting line up and Thibs didn't want to shake up things up too much by changing another starter.

WTF is this shit? :lol

It's close to impossible to win with him on the court against a smart team. He's the worst shooting shooting guard in the NBA in as long as I can remember so the other team can just pack the paint against you.

I got a fucked up knee and can't find the remote but I still got my ass up and pressed the mute button on the side of my TV for ESPN's halftime.

I know what the deepest level of hell is for me, and it involves Stuart Scott's voice.

Bulls are so easy to D up when it matters. Get back on D and stop penetration...game over?

Depending on Deng/Brewer to consistently knock down outside shots is guaranteed failure. The team is just mediocre. Boozer was a miserable pickup...but its hard to blame them when there are like 3 good bigs in the league. SMH.

Derrick Rose shooting 40% from 3, Luol Deng shooting 40% from 3, Kyle Korver shooting 44% from 3.

I would also go with that strategy of packing the paint, but it's not a guaranteed, winning strategy.
