Props to the Mavs for hanging on. It is hard to do when you lose momentum like that. It would have been nice to be at full strength.

To be fair we're also missing Roddy and a decent coach.

Jim Carey doesn't seem like a bad coach other than sticking with some guys for too long. I hope Evans learns the pick-and-roll soon, I don't think anyone could stop him and Deron running that since Evans has the Mosgov and can do it even better than Griffin.

It's pretty bad when the guys you stick with are Erick Dampier, Jason Terry, and JJ Barea over Roddy, Haywood, Butler, and Stevenson.

iirc, didn't they not play Butler at lot in the playoffs last year? I was rooting for Dallas and just remember being incredibly frustrated.

Carlisle's playoff rotations were a complete disaster. Among his many sins:

-Starting Dampier over Haywood. Dampier didn't score a field goal in 6 games.
-Ragdolling Butler and Marion, our best wing defender, in favor of his three-guard lineup. It made our defense horrible.
-But the worst one, was not playing Roddy until game 6. Roddy promptly scores 16 points in about 20 minutes and gets us back in the game, but then Carlisle benches him for most of the 4th quarter and we lose.

That one win could leave you with Harrison Barnes instread of Perry Jones or Irving.

They're not going to tank no matter what I want anyway. They're going to bask in the glow of a never-say-die winning culture and a .385 season.

Hey, look. Same thing that happened to the Warriors. Lame.

Can we please sit Tyreke out for a few weeks already before he picks up another injury?

Simmer down fellas. We are at the end of the road trip, but we ARE playing the fucking Sacramento Kings.

I really like us pushing the ball more though.

I keep going back and forth over who I'd rather have, chalmers or arroyo. Arroyo's been pretty damn good lately, but I think Chalmers gives us better D, and once in a while hell hit a big three...

edit: DAMPS!:lol :lol

The Cavs FUCKING SUCK.

Take me now. oh vengeful deity.

I would laugh, but the Pistons managed to be far more disgraceful today. Giving up a 20 point deficit in the 4th quarter to the Raptors...the Raptors...

I know the team has changed but they still have three starters from the good years and Ben Wallace had a frickin career high, so offense wasn't the problem this game. And with Tayshaun, Rip, and Ben Wallace, they should at least know how to play some half decent defense down the stretch. Detroit shouldn't be this bad, askdfj;afjk;asd

Cheap ass motherfucker, you're making like $6 million a year. :lol

It would be hilarious and fitting if the RIAA went after someone

a. stupid enough to advertise that he steals music, with a huge platform nonetheless

and more importantly

b. someone who could actually afford to pay some fines :lol

The problem with the Pistons is they don't have any guys who are real first options on offense. They might not even have any who are second options. Stuckey, Prince, Gordon, Vanillawafer, etc. could all be third options on good teams... Pistons need to get a good lottery pick this year.

Damn, big three firing on most cylinders. This is the heat I wanted to watch. Wade looks good. But then again, thats what happens when you switch to Gabrielle Union. gotdamn

What did he do?

Did I mention how nice it is to have centers who can catch the ball? Because it's really nice.

Air-balled a free throw.

The more I see Pooh play, the more I love his game and attitude.

After that Wade put-back all the Kings players had their heads down. He was screaming at Garcia to hurry up and inbound the ball so they can go. Love that type floor general attitude.

God the heat would murder the Rockets. At least we won tonight. Against the Cavs!!

Are there any cavs fans left now the lebron is gone? I haven't been posting enough to know

Bosh, wade & lebron should've been pulled 3 or four minutes ago. Rest them, have them ready for the hornets on Monday instead of all this stat padding.

Can't pull them now, they still need to get a better ranking in the Hollinger BCS.
