How was that even a question? Have people never watched Arenas play?
I wouldn't even consider the Arenas of the last two or three years the real Arenas. He's played poorly, but some of that is on injuries - most is on Flip being a complete idiot bringing disaster with him everywhere.

You put him on Orlando where's there is no fucktard offense and give him the 6th man greenlight along with a host of shooters to space the floor plus a change of scenery... give him a month, he'll good again. (Never worth that contract though... definitely greater value than Shard)

Now all we have to do is make one more trade for a PF. Maybe a wing and Orlando's 1st for Anthony Randolph. Or something for Troy Murphy, or Zach. Either way, we're in such a better situation. I still see one more move before the deadline for Phoenix.

I'd love to do something to get Josh Smith in a Suns uniform.

Apparently the Magic turned down Kevin Martin for Gortat as well, that's probably a smart decision.

smart decission? Yeah right. Kevin is the most efficient scorer in the league. No one scores more with less shots in the NBA. And no, that's wrong. Orlando wanted Martin in exchange for Gortat. Come on.... Dallas also wanted Kevin for Haywood. :lol :lol :lol :lol There is only 1 Morey and he works for the Rockers. Morey is the only one that can pull off a trade like that just like he got T-Will from the Nets for next year's 1st round. Or how he raped the Knicks last year with T-Slag.

He's not.

Point per minute, Kobe is #1. Effective FG%, Ray Allen, among quite a few others, has him beat.

How is that even a valid measurement? No one scores more with less shots? :lol

No one scores more with less shots applies to Kevin Durant, Amare Stoudemire, Dirk Nowitzki and Dwyane Wade too.

Edit: You can keep going with this "No one scores more with less shots" qualifier to Dwight, Millsap, Nash and all the way down to some scrubs who play 1 minute per game.

Morey is a genius, he turned a perennial first-round loser into a lottery team.

Martin is a perennial loser.

Whoa crazy day.

Ballsy moves by the Magic. But I'm in the camp that thinks the new Magic players won't gel this year.

Also to beat the Heat you need quality defense and it seems the Magic got worse defensively from these trades. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Karma is a motherfucking bitch. Poor Rashard, I don't know if even he deserves to rot in Washington.

Joe Johnson must be worried about which hell hole he'll get traded too in 2 years

Pritchslap 2.0.

Triano tries to bump/trip Farmar after he showboats on an uncontested dunk:

Triano plays better D than most of the team.

EDIT: Did McGee just have an Acid Trip? Dude thought he was Dr.J and destroyed James Jones

Just got back from the Orange Bowl Classic, terrrible college basketball but overall really good times (awesome to see Florida beat KSU, and Frank MArtin lose his shit), and I see Miami down 8 to the Wizards? Bleh.

Heinrich is always fucking trouble for the heat.

Can we get a list of cities that have booed out Lebron?

Memphis
Cleveland
New York
Washington

who am I missing?

Umm, the rest of the 25 cities?

In every telecast and stream I've seen of the Heat this year, Lebron has been booed audibly when he touches the ball in the early quarters of the game.

I don't remember Lebron being booed in New Jersey, New Orleans or Orlando, for example.

LeBron was booed every time he touched the ball when he played in Newark... and then promptly cheered every time he did something nice. I'm beginning to think there aren't any real Nets fans in the whole state. Even I only go to their games because they play at The Rock.

Nash's agent has been assured that Nash will not be traded...not sure why Nash is so gung-ho about staying with the hopeless Suns. maybe he just doesn't want to move his family around the country at this point in his career.

yeah, that does't quite work, does it.

My point is, those of us whose teams forever battle for last place find happiness in the darkest of places (whoa, Derozan got a new spin move! score:98 them 72 us) while fans of championship-calibur teams routinely meltdown and prophecize failure based on relatively minor problems.

They might not, but at least the management showed some balls. It's better to gamble and lose than to stay put and never win.

I think a lot depends on whether Turkey can turn back to the player he was 2 years ago. My guess is no, but it'll be interesting to see how the new team play.

He just got divorced. Maybe he has Cardinals seasons tickets and doesn't want to fuck that up.

Can somebody explain to me why Malik Allen is getting playing time over Daniel Orton? Van Gundy better start fucking giving the kid a chance now if they want to go anywhere later.
