No, it's cool to see that the PC version seems solid. I've been meaning to get it on there for yonks.

No widescreen though? Dreamcast version had a proper widescreen/progressive scan mode. Weird that they'd omit that from the PC one.

There most likely is, I just play on my CRT.

Just make a custom 1440x1080 resolution and play at that resolution.

Just choose a 4:3 resolution for the game. That's really all it takes. You don't need to switch monitors.

I don't want to be an ass, but 1280x1024 is actually a 5:4 aspect ratio. Try 1280x960 or a custom 1440x1080. Those are 4:3.

I remember being blown away by Soul Reaver's open world when it came out.

Imo the first Soul Reaver has the best story, world, acting, and atmosphere of any game ever. It also had the best graphics on the Playstation (yes, better than MGS). And the gameplay was great too, fun combat (throwing guys onto wall spikes never got old, or impaling them with thrown torches) and great puzzles. Truly a pinnacle in gaming.

This guy combined SMAA with his own Lumasharpen algorithm. I'm still tweaking the settings but I think it looks pretty good.
