Like anybody is going to try and watch a Hawks game to find that out.

Why do you think I'm asking someone else to do it for me? Ha.

Dude is like 4th or 5th off the bench and averaging about 6 points a game. I think he had like one notable game early in the season.

Not many shot attempts and he's not playing great minutes. I think he's not being given a chance to get in a groove.

He's probably the smartest player in Atlanta outside of Kirk. Of course he's old and busted, but he's shown plenty of times that he can still play... but he's not built for the lockout ball. I can understand Atlanta's attempts to save him but at the same time he's being poorly used. He should've just taken his ass to LA and backed up Kobe.

This I can agree with. I was a big fan of his, so of course I wish for more flashbacks and hope he can beat the surgeries. I know it's not gonna happen though.

Raptors not looking to tank properly.
Wilson Chandler might be signing with the Raptors, according to his agent, Chris Luchey.

"We are exploring all avenues," Luchey said. "Our talks [with Denver] thus far have been OK. It's just the nature [of free agency]. They have options and Will has options."

Chandler visited Toronto on Tuesday and is talking to six other teams.

The Raptors have the salary cap room to add Chandler without the use of an exception

I honestly don't see the point when James Johnson is developing nicely and with their frontcourt clusterfuck the way it is.

Absolutely. But Phil Jackson ruined his chances.

Los Angeles Lakers (2001–02)

Richmond ended his career traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. Playing strictly off the bench, he averaged 4 points a game. He earned an NBA championship ring with the Lakers in 2002 but played sparingly in the postseason, logging 4 minutes overall. In game 4 of the finals, Richmond dribbled out the clock to win the title with the Lakers.

Phil made him a champion.

AI too. I wonder how much Stern gave him to go away that last year...

I hope AI hasn't burned every bridge in the NBA.
Probably in the top 3 most iconic players in the 2000s.
Now, people talk about his "tragic" fall, but I don't feel the tragedy if its self-inflicted.

I would also say he should talk with Magic about managing his money, but Magic owns bowling alleys, and we know Iverson and bowling alleys don't mix. ... jk

If Larry Brown was still around he'd still have a shot. But yeah, I think all the bridges have been scorched.

Makes no sense at all. Why would they want Chandler? Tank, and tank properly!

If they truly wanted to tank, they should Kurt Rambis.

And I think I found Kurt's true calling. Teams hire him because they've decided they're gunning for that number one pick. Every year it's a new team, ruining new players. Kurt Rambis in Tank So Hard.

The Raptors are like Jim Carrey's character in Eternal Sunshine-they fall in love with any Free Agent that shows them the slightest bit of attention.

The Raptors future for the next three years hinges on whether Valunicias and Draft Pick 2012 pan out. Derozan is not the answer.

At least the word "knee" exists in CP3's vocabulary, unlike with Amare.

Oh Blaster, I empathize with you because I know that after this year, the Tragic will be perennially lotto-bound, as the Clippers once were.

Give it a few years, and you'll be staring at mediocrity once more.
It's like your birthright.

Wait a sec...there are people trying to claim Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw-ston doesn't have a history of blatant racism?

A few months back, 1 or 2 of Celtics-Age tried to claim that it was no worse than So Cal, or something like that. It didn't stick.

I hope AI hasn't burned every bridge in the NBA.

I think the Memphis experiment took care of that.

Book Review:
Brave Dragons: A Chinese Basketball Team, An American Coach, And Two Cultures Clashing
by Jim Yardley.

"The struggling Chinese Basketball Association team was jolted in 2008, when mercurial, interfering Shanxi Brave Dragons owner Boss Wang imported former NBA coach Bob Weiss to turn his perpetually losing charges into next-level players. In Brave Dragons, which documents the Dragons’ 2008-09 season, Pulitzer-winning Washington Post critic Jim Yardley is persuasive in his overall narrative thrust: Appalled by the many wasteful, exhausting drills players are required to complete to no evident end, Weiss tried to introduce on-court decision-making, individuality, and offensive strategy, but was repeatedly hamstrung by Wang’s counterproductive, domineering decisions."

Sounds interesting!

Hall of Fame voting is pretty terrible as is and most of the voters only care about rings, fame (whether from story or style of play or market or amount of times team is playoffs, etc), likeability, and $tat$. I doubt it will be any different with fan voting included as well.

With Shaqs 5 PGs, his plan is to get the ball really fast down transition, letting Blake get highlight reel dunks. This will happen for like 3 quarters straight, because Shaq does not give a fuck about minutes.

By the time Blake gets tired, Wall should able to initiate plan "fuck the flopper." Wall should able to do some good thuggery and injure the fool, making Clippers look bad, and letting Paul's knees take many minutes in the second half of the season; blowing his knees into oblivion.

all according to keikaku.

Cloving gets a new tag all the time, while guys are turning salt into gold in here and get nothin'.

Its better to rule in hell than to serve in heaven it seem.
