I love the Lebron "4th quarter" numbers in the Knicks series. Dude is a completely different 4th quarter player when his team is ahead by double digits or when it's a non meaningful game.

The whole idea behind choking is people tend to do it, when the game is in doubt, and the game has significance. i.e. 9 of 11 free throws being missed in the final 3 minutes of this game by both teams..and 4 of them by Bron Bron

This.

It's why I ignore his regular season 4th quarter numbers. They are a zero indicator on how Bron Bron will behave in high pressure situations in the playoffs against quality opponents.

What's especially bad about tonight is that I wouldn't call the Pacers a "quality" opponent. Yet Lebron still looked scared shitless out there the last two minutes. What is he going to do against the Spurs/Thunder/Czz?

I guess Wade (the closer, supposedly) doesn't get any blame? Didn't he miss his last 4 shots? Both of these games have been ugly though.

I did find it funny that Chalmers, who was 0-3 from 3pt line and 2-9 overall, took the last shot. lol

At least Wade took them?

That loss is on Wade. Lebron tries to get Wade involved and let him close the game and he failed. He will never do that again.

As I said earlier, the Pacers coming into the series were the favorites. Now that Bosh is out, Lebron is having to spread himself too thin. Wade needs to step it up or the Heat will be done in 5 games like the experts predicted.

Heat scoring: LeBron 28, Wade 24, Everyone else 23. That's the game, folks.

Earlier this year Spo said Bosh was "in many ways our most important player."

Outside of those free throws, Lebron decent in the 4th after the last game where he went off.

Idk whats up with all the trolling. You people are literally more obsessed with the guy than his fans are.

You must've missed in the final minute when it was obvious he didn't want the ball at all. He caught a pass and the thought of taking a shot or driving to the hoop never went into his mind, he just looked to dish it.

Kinda feel like the Spurs should be up more for some reason. SHould be interesting to see if the Clippers bench continues their strong play from the last game

So many missed layups. Is this what they mean by rust?

Feels like we can get whatever we want tho.

Griffin & Paul look 100% tbh. Happy to see, cause I want a challenge.

I love that as a rookie he has no fear. He'll keep taking the shots even if he gets stuffed

The best part is his interviews.

Very quiet, humble (so humble), and succinct. Hes a natural Spur.

Such crap by ESPN. They didn't need help when we exploded all over the Pacers in the 4th quarter of game 1. This team has zero offensive plays, when no one is hot shooting they have no fucking clue what to do. Its been two years and this team still has no go to play, person, shot, anything, its always a clusterfuck.

When a guy's advertised to be one thing, and then shows time and time again that he's not, he's gonna get called out on it. That's the way it works.

Lebron's a great basketball player. But we've been led to believe by the media and by Lebron himself, that's he's (going to be) an all-time great, one of the legends of the game.

Legends show up when it matter most, in the 4th quarter. They make their free throws, and they certainly don't pass up game-deciding shots.

Lol. Heat. They're fucked
naw man favorites.

You can't expect the pacers to play as bad as they did game 1 every night.

This basically sums it all up.

You get a free pass possibly if you are just a great player but if you are deemed the best on the planet and one of the best of all time, no reason at all you should be given one.

We're primarily a fast break team and I don't think Spo really knows how to set up a halfcourt offense. Usually it breaks down to Leiso or Wadeiso or some crappy drawn up play that gives Chalmers a 3 pter
