Miami will still win this series. They were a couple Brizzle bricks away from taking a 2-0 lead last night without Bosh. Why?? Because Granger can't make a shot. Because the Pacers turn the ball over more than Brizzle misses his free throws.

I can't think of any two players in this entire league better physically built to deal with Lebron James and Dwyane Wade than Paul George and George Hill. Its like they were genetically engineered to counter them.

And considering Wade and Bron's games aren't naturally built to fit within a systematic team offense, I highly doubt the Heat role players can compensate. The Heat's only prayer is to force foul trouble, and I don't know how successful they'll be in Indiana.

I'd like to say the Heat will execute better down the stretch and exploit the Pacers' inexperience, but the clutch offense from the Heat has been so atrocious I doubt that'll save them either. They are in a really tough spot that I doubt they'll be able to dig themselves out of.

Here's a thought: with last night's win, the Pacers have earned home court advantage through the Finals. cot damn

Sefelosha.

Deng.

Tony Allen.

Anyway, there are problems with your initial pacers ramblings too, but at this stage you seem to be entereting full on play off story mode, so i'll let it be.

The Pacers don't play hero ball, the Pacers have George Hill. For an Avid Spurs fan...that's all he needs to rationalize "Pacers better than Heat" nonsense in his own head.

No one on the Pacers is clutch AT ALL, and the only reason they won a close game was because they got multiple offensive rebounds in the final 2 minutes and because D Wade choked. Bron always chokes, so that's not a factor.

But if the Pacers think they can miss 5 of their last 6 free throws or whatever it was and win games, they're done for.

Granger has mostly defended Bron. Hill has mostly guarded Chalmers unless george is out. Also, when Hill and Barbosa played together last night, Barbosa was on Wade (which was dumb) for most of it.

We're going to have a Spurs-Pacers finals and you're gonna like it.

G-Hill MVP v. Tony Parker 5th-In-MVP-voting. The teacher v the disciple. From practice to the biggest stage in basketball.

Me and Gigglepoo will be wildin' out.

Hey man, I'll love ANY finals that doesn't have the Heat in it. Shoot, let it be the Clippers and 76ers for that I care. I'm just saying that the Pacers won't win the Heat 4 out of 7 times. Sorry.

Pacers hit 4 of their last 8

the difference was the heat missed 5 of their last 6.

i think thats what seperated them in the end.

pacers might have a chance with bosh out. bron and wade will be forced to play more minutes and they may get tired.

I don't know why you people keep trolling Lebron. He's an all-time great passer and a overall great dude, so sometimes he wants to give the other guys the last shots so they can get spotlight too. Know what's that called? Humility and unselfishness! Unlike those jerks Kome Bryant and Jeffrey Jordan, Lebron lets his teammates shine too!

Seriously though, Lebron's a two-time NBA runner-up. You know how hard it is win an Eastern Conference Finals. He's done it twice! TWICE! So seriously, y'all better layoff the King. I swear some of y'all are just obsessed with the dude.

I hear he also goes by the name of King.

Regardless of your false assertion that no one on the Pacers is clutch (see: Hill, George), I'd contend that the Pacers don't even need to score much in the final 5 minutes to beat the Heat. Seriously. One or two baskets is all they need, and they can get that. The fact of the matter is that Bron will be invisible and it'll be Wade v. Hill 1 on 1, just like last night. And guess what, Hill will force him baseline, Hibbert will help and Wade will be trapped. Same shit will happen over and over again and Spo isn't the type of coach to mix it up.

Yeah I agree. The Heat don't lose the 4th quarter because the other teams time and again outplay them they simply implode the second it seems like the tide turns. It doesn't even need to be a big run by the other team before they start going into crazy mode.

i'm ready to kill myself tonight

Not this shit again. This one of the main reasons I don't want Lebron winning a championship, because it would mean having to endure non-sensical garbage like that on a nightly basis.

Also the latest meme seems to be that "Lebron was just too exhausted" to excuse yet another 4th quarter choke. Unbelievable.

One thing is for certain, Wade can't choke like he did yesterday anymore. Despite the MVP and the promise of being a "changed" player, Lebron is still exactly the same player he was last year (and the previous 5 years). It's pretty clear Lebron is still going to hide under the bed in a close game with 2 minutes left, so Wade has to be the man at the end of games and make shots for the Heat to stand a chance. Same as last year...

WTF. I don't even know...

Ofcourse they won't do each 9 years in the league. Nope.
MJ 3 championships, 3 finals MVPs.
LeBron 0 championships, 0 finals MVPs.

Yup it's all in the way the question is twisted to suit espn's agenda. Comparing anyone to Jordan creates buzz, good or bad they don't care as long as it gets the ratings. Espn will be sucked in its own asshole if Lebron ever wins a title. They'll find some way to twist some random and misleading stat to make it sound like he's on a better pace than MJ.

If only that Jordan flu Finals game Gatorade commercial aired immediately following that MJ-LBJ comparison...

And I find Wade complaining about the Pacers' celebration laughable.

Really, Dwayne?

You, one of the geniuses behind:

Are going to bag on someone else for their celebrating?

C'mon man

See, this is why LBJ cannot ever be allowed to win until this Heat team is broken up.

I feel like MJ should be removed from all comparison discussion until a player of relatively equal relative basketball skill wins as much as he does, in the manner/role that he won in. Even Kobe comparisons are difficult for me to accept, but at the very least he won multiple NBA titles as the undisputed lead sled dog on his team like MJ did.

The media should let LBJ prove himself worthy of that comparison by being a winning player first.

Kobe isn't MJ. He will never be MJ. I don't see anybody currently playing that will reach that first tier of great players, including Kobe, and especially LeBron. The media is looking for something that doesn't exist.

Why would he want to be an inferior player?
