So we should expect a lot of this?

For such a pussy, Reggie Miller can look so menacing.

In that series, he scared me.

I'd say I watched 60% of the games. The ones I missed were when I was at work, and I followed those on espn/nba. The good, the bad and the ugly. Pre-Collison benching and the successful post-Collison benching. So, yeah.

Pacers are the only team that has ever made me hate watching basketball.

I'm asking this in earnest; does Lebron seem as pissed off as he should be? I feel like Wade is suffering and LeBron is kind of just going through the motions. Bosh or no Bosh, a game like tonight just shouldn't happen. Maybe I'm just interpreting his body language wrong or something.

It's exactly why Kobe said Chris Paul and Derrick Rose are the only guys besides him that have that "competitive edge".

You don't have to be outright pissed off when it matters most but at the end of games, you can see which guys want to take over the game.

It's not always going to be successful but you can see it.

see- to me D Wade is faaaaaar more worrying to me than Lebron, because hes been TERRIBLE all series, just no ones noticed/called him out on it, cuz it took a horrendous game like this for people to realize. W wade, theres a pattern, w/ Lebron, this is his first really bad game of the playoffs.

I watch a lot of Heat basketball (living here, I kinda have to), and one thing the quick-to-spew-positive-hyperbole (like, won't lose 2 in a row, won't lose 8 games in a season, etc) so called experts never mention is how much Wade's shot has left him since Lebron joined. All those easy layups and uncontested fast break points may be the cause, but 3 yrs ago I would've told you he's one of the best midrange shooters in the game (a short list, sure), but it definitely doesn't come nearly as easily or naturally for him as it used to

If LBJ is pissed, he typically doesn't show it. That's how I see it. He's a nice guy on and off the court.

Don't disagree- hes kinda masked his percentages by developing that little push shot, and that off the glass fadeaway.

Wade was never a good mid-range shooter. You need to get that out of your head. He's Rondo bad from the mid-range.

In 2010: 36% from 16-3pt
In 2009: 41% from 16-3pt
In 2008: 37% from 16-3pt
In 2007: 37% from 16-3pt

Wade's game has always been driving wildly to the basket and making crazy shots / free throws. It's the reason people were saying early on the way he abuses his body, he probably wouldn't last as long as some.

But when it was only Wade on the team, he took all the late game shots, and would occasionally make a mid range gamer winner, which is what people remember.

You've said as much before, but extrapolate. Dunno how you can hate what you saw tonight, unless you're a Heat fan.
Pacers offense is just disgusting.

Hibbert running PnR 18 ft out

Collison floating in no man's land routinely when he has no mid-range game

Paul George being... whatever he is

And most of all Vogel telling them that what they're doing is good basketball. Its not. Its everything wrong with Big10 Basketbrawl upscaled and brought to the NBA. I can't stand Miami - mainly for not living up to their potential. But what Indiana does is worse. I've ranted on it before here, but as a fan of basketball as a whole I can't watch this team.

Just glad that the Spurs follow and wash this horrible taste out of my mouth.

I wonder if Miami can get anything for Wade in the off season. They guy can't even hit a jump shot anymore. I thought him getting into Spo's face was completely uncalled for and embarrassing.
