Randolph just lowers his head, barrels into the chest of defenders who are standing straight-up, and still gets rewarded with FT's. I'm getting sick of that and the fact that we're barely being allowed to defend Gasol with a minimal amount of physicality.

That stretch of really ticky-tack/questionable calls in the 2nd quarter, after we had built a 17 point lead, just completely murdered our momentum. You could tell then and there this was going to be a dogfight in the end. If they let just one or two of the obviously bad calls go, then we're probably up by around 15 at halftime and get a win. I know that's a lot of speculative thinking, but it can't be understated how crucial those stretch of calls were.

I'm calling it. Durant will never win a championship in Oklahoma. He'll get traded to another team in the near future when he grows frustrated of having a retard as a GM, and an incompetent coach.

Al would be an upgrade for OKC. But... they're over the cap and what do they have that you'd want. Out side of picks obviously.

Meh i wasn't looking at the logistics i was just thinking about maybe Perk might be worth playing if he was at least really good on offense.

So basically Al Jeff.

It would, but he'll probably end up being a Laker.

Thats really unlikely.

Also, can we not start THAT merry-go-round with the press where we get a million articles about the what ifs and the Durant D-Day Decision crap about the will he won't he go to the lakers.

Why do i feel like somewhere out there kado is shopping a laker jersey onto KD...

God damn it just hit me. The warriors are still in the playoffs and have a chance to beat the spurs.

They didn't lose because of him though. He's averaging 45 minutes for the series while doing most of the work. He's clearly tired at the end of the game.

Flat out exhausted.

At the end of game 3 guy looked like he was digging so very deep to keep on going.

Can't say i wouldn't be frustrated either.

Durant will probably leave in a few years, I'm starting to agree with you guys.

Perkins gonna get dumped though, he's lost it even though he never had it

Pierce and KG signing for the vet minimum next season D: Thunder will be loaded B^)

You guys do realize OKC is short handed right? Durant isn't going to use these playoffs as an excuse to leave.

He's going to leave because Oklahoma Town is a barren wasteland.

KD just has the misfortune of playing during LeBrons era. Unless he wants to be Karl Malone 2.0, he ain't staying in OKC. He ain't about that 2nd place life

Perkins, Ibaka, and Chandler are all having pretty awful playoff runs. I think defensive bigs are overrated. I'd rather have a defensive liability like Randolph than Ibaka.

He isn't really going anywhere.

Chandlers injured, and it's his first bad play off run in years. So...

And you just saw what noah did.... Versus Lopez...

Marc Gasol? Tim Duncan?

The Mavs wouldn't win in 2011 without Chandler.

The Warriors wouldn't win game 4 without Bogut's defense.

Gasol and Duncan can score the ball. Ibaka, Chandler, and Perkins will not give you shit on the offensive side of the ball. That's what I was referring to. A defensive specialist has to be able to score reliably. It's also why pairing Perkins with Ibaka was so moronic. Their front court doesn't give them a damn thing offensively. And you can throw Collison into that mix as well.

Noah's a great player, but he was a ghost last night and Bosh torched him. And Noah only scored six points. So if he doesn't stop opposing players he's just as worthless as the other players I mentioned are.

If you're just talking about defensive specialist (which is different from defensive bigs) then yeah I agree, they are a bit overpaid and overrated.

Y'know people keep bringing up Chandler being injured... what exactly is his injury? Raymond Felton and Carmelo are arguably more injured than he is, the only injury Chandler seems to have is STAT Disease where you say "I'm 100% I feel great"

If anything I think he's not in basketball shape after the bulging disc/getting the flu and losing like 10 pounds. He's been starting out games ok enough then gets killed in the 2nd quarter/2nd half.

Randolph is an above average defender.

The Warriors, Bulls, and Pacers are did pretty well with Bogut, Noah, and Hibbert who can't score reliably or efficiently.

The only teams that made it out of the first-round without an elite defensive big man are OKC and Miami and they have the two best players in the league.

Kind of weird comparisons as well since I think Ibaka has played pretty well defensively this postseason, Chandler is injured, and Perkins sucks in all areas and isn't a defensive big, he's just nothing.

Iman Shumpert sat out the New York Knicks' practice on Monday due to soreness in his left knee, but he is expecting to play in Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday.

"In my mind, I'm playing," Shumpert said.

Mike Woodson also believes that Shumpert will play and wanted to be cautious by leaving the guard out of practice.

Shumpert tore the ACL in his left knee last April.

J.R. Smith and Kenyon Martin are gametime decision for Game 4 with sickness.

Rose vindicated?
