Now is a good time to trade for AP...stock is as low as it's gonna get...

Maybe could swing a Doug Martin type player for AP now if you try...Basically try and trade a 3rd rounder for AP asap.

Going to try and claim Asiata.

Have to drop either Matthews or Sankey. 10-team redraft w/ 1 keeper.

Ouch..Picking up Asiata at the cost of Sankey or Mathews...That price seems kind of high.

But regardless, drop Sankey..Mathews is too consistent. Sankey hasn't done anything to this point.

should i drop reed for asiata?

using kelce right now..
I probably wouldn't given Kelce's usage.
Depends on what Tight Ends are on your waiver wire and how "replaceable" that position is.
If Dwayne Allen and Larry Donnell are still sitting out there, you can probably dump Reed without much hesitation.
If they're snapped up and you're looking at the Owen Daniels, Anthony Fasano, Niles Paul, Scott Chandler, Jared Cooks of the world... I'd probably hold on to him.

Also weigh whether you can play a Tight End at flex.

yeaaah true. thanks.

i'd be looking at owen daniels caliber.

dont NEED another rb honestly...

Both are good options this week but I'm leaning towards Moreno. He had a good week 1 and the Bills were horrible against Forte last week.

Buffalo home openers are rough for opposing teams. That and the fact the team got bought out by an owner who is going to keep the team in town, fans are gonna be the difference maker here.

I'm also thinking of dropping Sankey for Asiata.

Really starting to doubt Sankey does much of anything this year.
Titans RB situation is very much "stay away".
At least Greene and McCluster could be had cheap (even return leagues won't touch Washington).
Those 2 and Sankey may all be worth spot starting during bye weeks (shame their Dallas matchup is Sunday) but even then it'll be a guessing game as to which one goes off.
None of them should be counted on for consistent volume.

Asiata will get 15+ touches weekly so long as ADP remains barred from football.
Patterson will get a few more change-of-pace runs until they develop more confidence in McKinnon.

Need a streamer Defense for this week:
Bills (hosting Dolphins)
Green Bay (hosting Jets)
Saints (at Cleavland)
Ravens (hosting Steelers)

How is Jennings still avalible in your league?!?!?

Gonna sound like a Bills homer here. See my above post. Also, Tannehill only has a 5.3 yards per completion against the Bills in their last 4 meetings.

So if Welker can play this weekend is he worth a start?

Vs. say Kendall Wright of Tenn who plays against the crappy Dallas D this weekend.

Personally, I'm leaning towards waiting till next week with Welker...KC def isn't that bad.

I would stick with Wright. KC's def is actually pretty bad this year but Manning can hurt them dozens of different ways with or without Welker.
And Welker may not even play.

So I've been proposed a trade, 10 person .5 PPR league.

Michael Floyd + CJ Spiller in exchange for Keenan Allen + Bernard Pierce

Which side wins?

Which RB do I start this weekend? Rashad Jennings or Lamar Miller?

Jennings is at home against the #5 run defense (Cardinals) and Miller is away against the 19th (Buffalo). I'm leaning towards Jennings slightly but can easily be talked out of it.

Oof this is a tough one. Its so close its fairly negligible. I personally like Floyd/Spiller a bit more. Floyd appears to be the #1 WR in Arizona now and he's awesome and CJ Spiller while not what he used to be is the lead back. You don't know that for sure with Pierce just yet.

So with AP suspended who is the right pick up Asiata or McKinnon?

McKinnion will be the change-of-pace back behind Matt Asiata to start, but his fantasy ceiling is far higher. McKinnon is a solid stash while we see where Adrian Peterson's case goes. If you need a plug-n-play for this week, Asiata is your man. If you want to stash a true freak athlete who might eventually get a big chance, McKinnon is the add.

Vareen or Ellington in a .5 PPR league?

Also I need to start 3 of the following

Terence West vs NO
Doug Martin vs STL
Asiata vs NE
Trent Richardson vs PHI
Ridley vs Min
Kelvin Benjamin vs Det

Right now I have West, Martin and Asiata.

Ball, Calvin and Kennan Allen are set.

Martin, Asiata, and Benjamin.

Man, I had West as #1 out of those guys, plus Martin and Asiata.

I think I'm a bit wary of West this week against the Saints since I feel that NO's defense will have a bounce-back week after their loss last week. But go with your gut at the end of the day.

Floyd > Allen
Pierce is garbage... sell him while he's hot after his "decent" showing on Thursday against a shit run D

If you're on the "receiving Floyd + Spiller" end of this deal, pull the trigger.

Looking for opinions on a possible trade:

Witten DAL for Jennings NYG

He can spare Witten as Graham is his TE; after Ball, his RBs ain't so hot. I have Lacy, Gore, and J. Hill for RBs and have a need at TE with Reed being dropped.

10-man, non-ppr thanks

Given your situation I can understand the need for a better Tight End but Jennings is likely to be really solid this year... especially if you can play an RB in a flex spot.
What kind of Tight Ends are sitting on your waiver wire? It's not like Reed is done for the season or anything. He's just out this week.

PPR league. Need to pick 2 out of the 3 guys - Patterson, Michael Floyd and Jeremy Maclin.

Think I have to play Patterson after the disgusting events that happened with Peterson. Was going to bench him because Revis will probably be on him all day but have to imagine he gets more touches and targets now. But yeah I have no faith in the Vikings actually able to complete passes his way this week.

Both Floyd and Maclin have what seems to be really favorable matchups with games against the Giants and Colts respectively. Not sure which way to go.

TEs:
Cook STL
Allen IND
Gresham CIN
Toilolo ATL
Fauria DET
Daniels BAL

I'd love to hang onto Jennings as I expect consistent numbers. However, I have decent spare WRs that I am willing to trade (Benjamin, Wheaton, and K. Wright) if a RB is needed. Also, while I am hopeful for Reed, he is still suspect for the time being. Forgot to mention 3WR/2RB setup.

To add on, for this weekend:

Jennings vs. ARZ
Gore vs. CHI

Both at home.

If it's between Maclin and Floyd, I think you have to go Floyd. Eagles have too many other mouths to feed between Shady, Sproles, Ertz, etc., and they're always going to be run-first at heart.

Terrence West or Kelvin Benjamin at FLEX?

I'd go with Benjamin

--

PPR, Ellington or Bush? Also, pick three of Crabtree, Kendell Wright, Colston, and Andrew Hawkins (also PPR)

Asiata or Stacy on my flex? .5PPR.

Have TY Hilton as an option as well.

I'd probably go with Asiata, though I'd have no complaints if you went with Hilton, they're both really good matchups. I don't trust the STL offense to do anything.

Pick 2 (.5 PPR)

Bush
Matthews
Gore
Asiata

so....Gore and ???

Asiata has the better matchup, but Bush is guaranteed to get a healthy amount of catches. Imo Bush has the higher floor but Asiata has the higher ceiling. So it really depends on how much you trust the rest of your lineup to perform.

Pick two,
Gore
Ingram
Moreno.

Definitely Moreno, and I'd go with Gore against the Chicago defense instead of Ingram and the Saints on the road.

Houston or Arizona's defense to start?

And do you guys think it's worth dropping one of them to get another bench spot? I drafted Zona's D but I'm leaning toward just keeping Houston.

Am I being too cute by starting Jake Locker over Colin Kaepernick?

Also, can't decide my flex between Micheal Crabtree (I kinda want to see him be healthy/productive before I start him again), Shonn Greene, Reggie Bush, and Allen Hurns. Leaning towards Shonn, which makes me hate myself a little bit

Houston, and unless I have Seattle or am in a 14-16 team league, you shouldn't have any qualms about dropping your defense at any time. Having 2 is insane.

Double post: Should I just drop Jonathan Dwyer (Arizona RB) and pick up Marqise Lee? I need a long term, reliable WR. I'd do this with the hopes that Lee is the man and week 1 with Hurns getting all the love is a fluke.

or maybe Rod Streater?

What are the chances Andre Ellington plays this week? Should I pick up Jonathan Dwyer and play him for Ryan Mathews against the Seahawks? Or maybe play him for Frank Gore?
Schefter seems to think Ellington will play. I wouldn't bother with Dwyer.

Bush and Colston

Hilton. Can't trust STL's offense and not really sure how MIN will deal with their RB situation come game-time as far as distribution of the ball.

Pick 2 (.5 PPR)

Bush
Matthews

I'd go with Houston.

And dropping a defense is perfectly fine.

Go with Kap.

Either Bush or Hurns.

Out of the 3, I'd go with Lee.

Rams will test QB Shaun Hill's shoulder in per-game warmups, but team is preparing as if QB Austin Davis will start today vs. Tampa.

Browns TE Jordan Cameron not expected to play vs Saints due to a shoulder injury, per league source.

Major questions about Bears WRs, Marshall and Jeffery. One source said "75 percent" sure neither plays tonight. Bears signed two PS WRs Sat.

AZ not sure about Carson Palmer (shoulder), who has not thrown a pass since Mon. One source said "50-50 at best" that Palmer plays vs NYG.

Cardinals RB Andre Ellington, listed as questionable with foot injury, is expected to play, per source.

Asiata vs Pats

Or

Chris Johnson @ Green Bay

Both players are in a split back situation. Both D's did horrible against the run last week.

Asiata is projected at 14 vs Johnson's 8. Still, I feel Johnson had more breakout potential.

What do?
