I'm winning my matchup by almost 70 and all I can think about is not picking up the Rams D this week and how I could easily be up about 95 instead.

Heh, gotta love Andrew Luck actually delivering on those 5 TDs you requested.
To be honest, my initial response was somewhat of a reverse jinx. I own Luck in two GAF fantasy leagues.
I feel like you're facing me in one of them actually...lol.

In this one, I also started tre mason. So yeah. I win.

I finally decided I had enough of Kaep, and picked up McCown as a streamer this week. McCown had double the points of Kaep, but 6 points isn't a whole lot from a QB!

Finished the season 7-6; I didn't make the playoffs at 7th place (12 team league). I'll just watch the games without any stress.

8-4, 4-8 this year for me. Got a first round playoff bye for me in the 8-4 league, ready for the playoffs. Any backups that should be valuable?

Made the playoffs by the skin of my teeth with a 7-6 record. 4 of the 6 players got in with a 7-6 record, lol. Problem now is that I'm somehow up against the most difficult matchup..and I've played this team twice already since he's in my division. Each time I won, but only because there was a standout player on my team and he somehow benched some players that blew up. Unsure if lightning will strike a 3rd time. This is what I'm up against.

I'm aiming for Parkey on waivers as a stream kicker. I have Olsen, Maclin, Steve Smith Sr, and Martarvis Bryant, and Kaerpernick on bench, with Murray on I/R.

Landry is in there for Maclin because of the matchup. Maclin's is shit and I have no idea how well he's going to be targeted by Sanchez. Willing to go YOLO on Landry given the matchup and his previous performance record. That and he was passing buddies with OBJ.

Should I stick with the Landry move? And the problem with having 2 decent TE's is not knowing which will blow up..but heavily leaning towards Gates...still a tough decision.

Olsen or Gates first round of playoffs? Olsen is more consistent, but I don't like the matchup. Gates is definitely boom or bust.

TE's are such a friggin crapshoot this year. I'm deciding between Delanie Walker and Jordan Reed for this week. Walker had a miserable week; Reed had a big one. Walker has the better matchup, but McCoy has this obsession with Reed.

Either way, as with any fantasy decision, the choice I make will be the wrong one.

Jennings is also giving me problems. Picked up Williams off FA, but I really don't want to have to run him ==; Stud RBs need to stay healthy, dammit!

My lineup for the week:

QB - Kaep (FML - best other option left is Fitzpatrick)
RB - Foster
RB - Lacy
WR - Marshall
WR - Hopkins
TE - Walker or Reed
FLEX - LaFell
K - Tucker
DEF - Denver

Have Latavius Murray, Lamar Miller, Rueben Randle and Davante Adams as well

QB is what scares me most and I'm hoping Marshall can pull a TD out of his ass tonight. Major disappointment this season.

On the positive side, Kap is playing against the Raiders.....on the negative side, it's Kap.

Literally the only good thing going for me in regards to him. He seems kind of pissed off like he wants to prove something to (which will probably backfire and result in multiple picks)

Guys, what defense would you start? I'm leaning towards Denver since they are favored by the most points. My second choice would be Indy vs. Hoyer

I'm wondering what the rationale is for starting Hoyer (irl)..Does the coach figure, "Well we got here with Hoyer, so we're sticking with him. Don't want a rookie to screw things up."

Feels like the Browns got to 7-5 in despite of Hoyer's play. Decent D, granted not a ton of QB errors, but not many big plays either, ok run game.

I'd like to see what Manziel can do this year as I have him as a keeper option in my dynasty league.

If they make the switch and Manziel sucks, the coaches get blamed for "blowing" a playoff chance. If they go with Hoyer, he gets all the blame if he fails and they get credit for sticking with him if not. They made the easy and gutless decision..

Yup..Gutless is right. I wonder what Manziel's overall fantasy value will be at the QB position...I'm thinking like maybe a Kaepernick or Newton??? That's my guess. Lower end QB1 in 12 team leagues.

Well I got doubly fucked last night by Marshall exiting early, likely capping off the most disappointing year of his career (and the only year I've had him on a team: FML) and playing against Murray who puts up his highest total of the season.

Welcome to the playoffs!

What are your guys' thoughts on Tannehill versus Stafford?

Matchups probably favor Tannehill but Stafford may have a higher ceiling. I need a solid showing from QB after my opponent had Cutler racking up points in garbage time last night.

Waffling on my flex as well:
Steven Jackson (meh matchup but seems to be getting large workload)
Fred Jackson (horrible matchup but likely a heavy workload)
DeSean Jackson (Questionable, boom or bust)
Golden Tate (needs to reach endzone to be worth a play - risky with Megatron back healthy)
Jarvis Landry (great matchup but shares targets with Wallace)
Stedman Bailey (back to back solid weeks but doesn't play every down)

Lots of OK to good options, but none jump out as must-play.

I like Stafford better overall but Tannehill has been on a sold run. Still think Stafford is a better bet against a weaker D

Then again, Baltimore has given up some passing TD's as of late and Miami will be throwing the ball more against a stout run D.

So basically, I don't know lol

Haha yeah, it seems pretty close in my mind. In all likelihood they'll probably score around the same. It's just a tough call because Baltimore's secondary is so bad but Stafford has the better weapons to work with.

WR3 question: who would you guys rather start Colston vs CAR or Crabtree @ Oak?

Keep in mind that I have Brees and Stills in my lineup already and started Brees/Stills/Colston trio last week which paid off handsomely.

Josh Gordon or Golden Tate?
Delanie Walker or Coby Fleener?

Gordon and Walker.

Seems like Colston is a good hedge against Stills. Only way you fail with this is if Brees plays bad and you'd probably lose the matchup anyways if that happens. I would go with the NO trio over relying on Crapernick's #2 WR

Any thoughts on:

- Ryan Tannehill vs. Matt Ryan?
- Latavius Murray vs. Denard Robinson?
- Jordan Cameron vs. Heath Miller?
- Seattle vs. Tennessee?

Thoughts on playing Latavius Murray and/or Jonas Gray? I'm contemplating playing either one or both. I'm leaning towards Latavius only.

I'm in the same boat with Murray, except my other options are either Stepfan Taylor or Grice from AZ. Going Taylor for the moment, and hoping Murray doesn't go off again.

So conflicted at QB. Stick with Sanchez and hope for a miracle against the Seahawks, or maybe hope for someone like Shaun Hill to have a good game against woeful Washington. Even maybe Dalton is an option!

Dalton should never be an option in a fantasy playoff matchup.

Jennings is active today but Andre Williams is getting the start for the G-Men. Have fun with that quandary!
