Every one of those Unity shots looks gorgeous, looking forward to 8K, 120 FPS 10 years down the line <3

LoD issues are a shame, but it really does seem like a huge graphical step up for the series which has always been attractive on the PC.

They should just allow us to force a stupidly high LOD distance in the config. I wonder if it's just a problem with the engine. It's always been garbage in Anvil games.

AC Unity is easily one of the most impressive looking games as of late. When you think of the geometry on screen it gives you an idea of why it's so demanding on hardware. The buildings have a lot of physicality to them. There's surely a lot of polygons in scenes and that's even before tesselation.

I can't get SweetFX to work, continues to crash upon boot. Too lazy to figure it out...I might tinker with it in a few to see what's wrong. I really need it to work, so if anyone has any suggestions I'm totes all ears. I need to mess with DSR settings more, a bit too much on the smoothness.

Do not use IMGUR. There are hosts in the OP that don't slather images with compression.

To be accurate, IMGUR doesn't mess with PNGs anymore. It only messes with the jpeg uploads (part of the change when they increased upload size limit). I find imgur to be slow though so yea, kind of around minus' speed nowadays.

I actually think that's in-game. In fact, knowing Stallion, I'm sure it is (he don't do no SweetFX)

So like, I have to start AC: Unity again because my save won't sync with cloud and somehow Uplay says my local one gets corrupted. I really don't wanna play through that first few hours for the 3rd time now.

Yup it happened again even with cloud saves turned off. So will post what screens I got from my last session because I'm not restarting this game again.
