I've been saying its not a bad bball league, - UCONN, memphis, cincinatti; Larry brown rebuilt solid SMU (NIT finalist) team, and Kelvin Sampson in Houston. Temple won't be terrible forever either

Football, i don't know, but they UCF won one of the top 4 bowls against Baylor. All this talk of "mid-majors" , but not a lot of conference can boast a team in the men's title game and a football team with a major bowl win.
For added shits and giggles, also the favorite for the women's bball title.
I think there's potential in the AAC.
