In terms of the players, well they'll have to play earlier in the afternoon so it'll be much hotter.
Not really. Its a humid climate and holds the heat exceedingly well. The difference between the start times will be negligible, maybe one or two degrees.
If they were going to play in direct sunlight, that would be a problem, but it's 6 PM.
Anyways, you should be training for humidity, that'll kill ya more than just the heat. When sweat just sticks to you, draining all fluid and salt from your body with no return in cooling, you start to feel like death.
I speak from experience, I live in Houston, home of the 100/100. 100 degrees, 100% humidity.
Ok, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but if you aren't used to humidity, you will suffer. I hope the USMNT does all of the their friendlies and training over the next 6 months in the Gulf Coast here in the US.
