I've only played it on PS4, but I do have a similar screenshot to one from the Xbox One version that Caayn posted a few pages ago. If you open both in new tabs and switch between them, you can see the difference in clarity and judge for yourself how much it bothers you.

Lara's character model - hair, shaders, design, polygon count, etc - in RotTR is astonishing. I'm not as impressed by the environments, but they aren't bad by any means. Lara herself just seems like a cut above the rest.

Fallout 4 isnt a terrible looking game a lot of the time. I think the lighting model + colour makes it very pleasing in most cases. But BOY... if you want to make it ugly you dont have to look hard.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is a really phenomenal looking game.
Lara's character model is just excellent...

There's an animation she does on leaving water where she rings out her hair... it's a nice touch, in the same way Drake used to put his hand against walls when he was walking.
