Really good shots... Very hard to believe they are from a driving game...
The more I see, the less I think DC's landcapes graphics will be surpassed, even matched on this 8th gen. the accomplished job is above common sense.

Man, the order has absolutely insane , unbelievable graphics... it sure does look like CGI a lot of times... but at the same time it is one of the WORST games for screenshot sharing... the IQ takes a serious hit, I dont know why, but you try to take a shot and everything looks blurred out. I rarely say this, but honestly The Order screenshots do not do the game justice AT ALL.

I've found that this is the case for most games tbh. In-motion always looks better than a screenshot. But yeah, The Order does seem to suffer from it worse than other games, I agree.

Pause a movie scene on your tv and it doesn't look too hot most of the time, especially when motion is involved. I believe that's also a reason why there are photographers on a movie set, to make sharp/clean promo pics, otherwise they would have to take pics out of the footage. Most of the time movie quality is not actually good enough for still pictures.

The (rumored?) photo-mode could alleviate these problems with The Order if it gives you control over the blur.

It has to do with noise filter and motion blur which deteriorate significantly due to jpg compression and the latter makes the game look smoother in motion (between consecutive frames) but is detrimental to taking screen captures.

I hope sony follows ms' suite and allows for png format.
