Isn't there a FOV option in The Vanishing of Ethan Carter? Have you tried adjusting that to see if it helps with your motion sickness?

Yes, indeed there is option for it. I was just playing with default but will try to adjust it now to see if it helps.

The material in this game looks insane. And MP at 60fps rock solid.
