I think it's better than all of those. I'd put it ahead of The Order on the fact that it's open world and the visuals are so consistent. The neon/light glow is just mind-blowing still, and I know I'm a minority here but the use of grain and chromatic aberration is perfect, and blends very well with the depth of field to produce a very gritty and cinematic image.

The glow is also muted on screenshots, it's much more radiant on the TV when playing.

I'm kicking myself for not pre-ordering Just Cause 3 when the E3 deals were around. Even though you basically did the same thing over and over in Just Cause 2 it was still so fun.

Man, does JC3 ever look amazing visually too. The colours are so vibrant. I'm loving the screenshots posted in here.

TW3 is no contest for Batman, not even close, Battlefront is a better contender considering it's 60 fps and pretty big in scope, Batman is without a doubt one of the best looking games on the PS4 (and ever obviously), top 3 in my opinion, at its best it's freaking amazing.
