Hey, coach can't get out there and kick the field goals. They did everything they needed to do to win. Left 9 points on the field via make-able FGs. It's one of those games that reminds you of the value of consistency at that position. A great kicker is something taken for granted until you find yourself without one.

A complete unmitigated disaster of a football game by the Giants. They got completely exposed today. Penalties, shit defense. just a complete lack of composure. Listening to it was bad enough, I couldn't imagine watching. McAdoo has a ton of work ahead of him.

That sounded a whole lot like the 2015 Giants.

It felt like watching this game was worse than watching the 2015 Giants. At least as far as stupidity and lack of composure goes. This team just has more talent that somewhat makes up for it and kept the game as close as it was. If Washington was a better team, they would have blown out the Giants today.

It's early but this was such an awful loss. Had a chance to be 3-0 with the Redskins 0-3 and they blow it at home by repeatedly beating themselves. It's hard to say a loss in week three will sting for a while but it feels like this one will. The schedule doesn't get any easier in the following weeks either.
