Jesus, R8TEDM3, these look stellar! Is the game fixed by now? I loved Mafia 2...

Honestly, the game runs with such high requirements, that i'm really at a loss for words why? I mean it's not's the ugliest game out there, but far from being the prettiest! Game play seems to be ok, and i replayed Mafia II multiple times as well, so you gonna be right at home with it's shotting/driving mechanics. It all feels a little bit tighter. But imho, story wise, it lost a lot of that magic that made Mafia II special.

As far as if the game has been fixed? I really don't know, maybe "Lime" could answer that question better, because i don't know what was broken with it?! The only beef i got with the game is ugly textures and missions being very repetitive.

And speaking of textures, my God...almost three years later and Ubisoft still couldn't fix their horrible LOD texture glitch? Thankfully, multi GPU support is really good, so it's not a stutter fest like it used to be. Finally gonna finish this game! Just too bad, because this is the only AC game that had so much potential. Now if Ubi wasn't so greedy, they should've delayed the game to fix the issues...and not release 4 crooked patches the 1st month! But i know they were chasing all that money from pre-orders...who can blame them for that?! Would love a remaster of this game in all it's glory.

New Homefront: The Revolution tools! I've added an in-game main menu with settings, console and help and also notifications in-game for actions like enable/disable the camera. Please see the enclosed readme.txt for details how to use it.

It was a lot of work, but the end reward was worth it, the in-game main window is so much easier to use than the console window on a second monitor which was always out of view when you used a DSR resolution etc.

Grab them while they're hot: https://github.com/FransBouma/Injec...em/tree/master/Cameras/HomefrontTheRevolution

If things don't work, please DM me or file an issue on github so I can look into it. Cheers!

As a big fan of the game, I've really enjoyed the screenshots you and others have posted using these tools. There was a lot of love put into the game's art -- from character models to murals - and it's great to see people bringing that to the forefront. Dana Moore in particular is such a wonderfully detailed character. From the fabric of her T-Shirt to the rather clever rendering technique for her hair.

so i made a thread about this that got 0 replies lol

This site is aiming to be an "instagram for screenshots". Its early days yet, but it could have potential. Ive uploaded a few of mine for kicks.

I wish users would stop advertising this all over the place, I honestly see no reason for this site to exist other than it being a popularity contest for steam users

Jim2point0 said it right:

Well right off the bat, I really don't like that site's layout.

No way to share any information about your process (resolution, settings, mods, post processing, etc) unless you post them in a comment. And the comment section has a pretty horrible design. (says site is in beta.... I guess it has a long way to go).

No way to download images.

Ranks. You get ranks. By upvotes. So very likely that this could just become a popularity contest.

I don't know. I'm not feeling it. Certainly nothing that I see as an improvement over Flickr.

It's indeed a weird site, you can't even search. I mean, what's the point going there? You're now confronted with a sea of pictures but no context whatsoever. Like one gets when you search 'game screenshot' on google images.

I've updated two other cameras with minor fixes as they were broken a bit after the games got patched:

Watch Dogs 2 (super sampling was broken): https://github.com/FransBouma/InjectableGenericCameraSystem/tree/master/Cameras/Watch_Dogs2

Prey (FoV was broken): https://github.com/FransBouma/InjectableGenericCameraSystem/tree/master/Cameras/Prey

Thank you Dr Carroll :) Yeah the game sure does look amazing. It's just a shame the game itself is a bit repetitive after a while...

Looking back at some of Auto-Reply's flickr shots I noticed you'd deleted your account. Any particular reason you can share?

I did so..a while back. I was spending way too much time and energy there and then I got to a point where I couldn't find any meaning to it anymore. Though it's probably more to do with the fact that I needed a distraction at the time and how I value screenshots now as opposed to how I did back then.

See, I don't know why, but I think those look better than Kingdom Come as far as realistic nature goes. I think it's the variety in colours or the lighting maybe?

Yeah, the colors/lighting are absolutely stellar. Kingdom Come looks great too, but its lighting is a bit flat IMO.

I just wish The Hunter had better AA. FXAA is on by default and the only way to disable it is by editing a config file. The screenshots I posted are with FXAA disabled and SMAA injected via ReShade. SMAA does a so-so job at eliminating jaggies and isn't even close to as blurry as FXAA, but it's far from perfect. The devs have said anti-aliasing options will be coming in the future, but who knows how high that is on their list of priorities. :-(

Probably cause KC is mostly a green, full on summer type environment whereas The Hunter has more of an Autumn type setting thus it's a lot more vivid and varied. Technology wise KC is superior to The Hunter.

Tweak the SMAA settings just right for the game and bump the resolution well over 4K for that sweet IQ goodness. Might help not to compress the images to such levels as well, those shots are incredibly fuzzy. Lots of detail lost in the grass etc.
