How do you capture the screenshots to post them here?

How do you capture the screenshots to post them here?

Tales of Arise doesn't have a photo mode so I just use the consoles screenshot button. Then once its saved you can either upload to one drive to get the full sized image or connect a USB to your console to get it. Then it's just a matter of finding your preferred image host, I use abload.de to host.
