Can they make the big reveal of
the VP being a bad guy
any more obvious? :lol

I really hope that Bill is not getting the boot. I like his character a lot.

Ugh, so she just sent Bill up the river to keep Chloe? I know she needs her to help Jack, but I'm really not liking the turns we're taking here.

It was the only move to make. If Homeland takes over everything, Jack won't have the access he needs. Keeping Chole there gives him an "in." And if Jack and Audrey can prove that the Vice President is involved, and that Homeland was plotting with him then the statement won't matter.

By the way, am I the only one a little disturbed by the intense golden shower that volleyball amazon gets in that Gatorade commercial that ran during this episode?

I know, but I still don't like it.

EDIT - And like was said, they could have easily fought it and would have probably won.

HOLY SHIZNIT!!!!!!!

YOU ALL JUST GOT OWNED!

SERIOUSLY. I GOT OWNED. WOW.

EDIT: Seriously - they tricked me good.

EDIT: Like wow.

Every fucking 24 fan got played like a fiddle on that one. They have been making it look like it was the VP since he showed up.

Wow, so
Logan
is the guy behind it. And they always made him look
so stupid
that you wouldn't even think it possible. Well done 24, you managed to fool me for the first time in a while.

I really hated this episode, but the ending fucking delivered.
This is exactly how I felt. Honestly, this was the most frustrating episode of 24 I can remember.

My god the President has been pretending to be this vulnerable bitch all this time.... does this mean Cummings didn't kill himself.... the plot thickens....

Yeah, I'm not really quite sure it works logically. This almost feels like Nina Season 1 twist. I guess we'll see how it plays out.

That's what makes it such an awesome twist. They got me and probably everyone else really good.

edit: I agree that it parallels the Nina situation. Very good comparison and it was done just as well as her mole/badguy twist.

I was thinking the same thing...but still THIS SHOW IS FUCKING AWESOME

I thought the ending was fairly obvious because the entire episode was *evil music plays* followed by the Vice President looking guilty. Because of that, it was obvious that it wasn't te VP. Assuming they were right about the fact that it went higher than they assumed, then it had to be the president. Either that or somebody that they hadn't introduced would have been at the top of everything.

Even aside from that, it was a poor episode.

The interrogation of Bierko is going to be more interesting than I could have expected... :lol

Holy crap
now they're LITERALLY going to get the entire country against Jack.

Incredible. This season is second best in my mind so far, this is just an unbelievably well done season.

So the President is the big bad. Which basically means:

Jack Bauer vs The United States of America

Holy Shit Jack is gonna be KNEE DEEP in it next episode!!!

This was a very slow moving up til the end... next week looks like it's gonna be balls out from the start though....

Man this show totally delivers. And the next weeks preview:

Jack in the bank versus that tank? sounds fair..
