37 Minute Direct Feed Cyberpunk 2077 footage from Switch 2

Wonder what will happen to GigaBowser GigaBowser if his Switch 2 preorder fails to materialize next week?

Anyone willing to drop the postman £20 to not deliver just to see what happens?

The 500€ console from 2025 is better than the 300€ console from 2020.

Tag me when GameFreak releases a Pokemon game with an interesting plot and game mechanics that can maintain 30fps for 5 minutes straight.
Not anymore. Prices increased by €50.

Ya except in that same video posted they said that some of the textures are comparable to the ps4 and they compare the switch 2 to the ps4 in a part of the video. They then said that the switch 2 looks better than the series S in static scenes only and that in motion the switch 2 and DLSS shows its flaws ala artifacting. So OP is misinformed and lying with his title of this thread.
The same as the Series S 🤷‍♂️

It's not even better. The XSS version is better graphically, textures, NPC count, etc. Only the IQ on SW2 thanks to DLSS (because the base resolution is also higher on XSS).

PS. Still waiting for handheld mode gameplay🙇

Where did they say the Switch 2 was more powerful than the Series S?
It's not, the game is pushing significantly less pixels than the Series S. But DLSS is also much better compared to FSR, so the final resolve is really good on the Switch 2 despite the low resolution. Motion artifacts can be a bit distracting due to even DLSS struggling a bit with the low resolution.

I can already see the incoming 'Switch 2 is a beast!. Cyberpunk looks better than PS5 and Series consoles' because possibly DLSS will produce a slightly cleaner looking image (at much lower reolution), whlie completely ignoring how pretty much every other graphic setting on PS5 and XSX is way higher than Switch 2.

Man the coming years are going to be insufferable.

Not really. nVidia's upscaling tech is just better. It's like comparing a moderately polished turd to a decently polished turd. One of those turds may have beat out the other but neither one of them was winning overall.
What are you on about? The decently polished turd wins every time.

I don't play with turds, but I will not judge your fetish.

Nobody said is going to looks as good as PS5/Series X versions… Why are you dragging the big brothers to the conversation?

Ya except it isn't because in motion there's artifacting because the base resolution is so low and DLSS can only do so much of the heavy lifting. It's better than the series s in static scenes only.
The others versions have a lot of artifacting too… Did you played the PS4/Series S version?

Cringe thread.

Its still a lower resolution, its just using a upscaling tech the Series S doesnt do.

And its still way paired back on the actual graphic settings so.

And even with this tech designed to help lower end systems, it still cant match the S with the settings. Its not the gotcha you think it is.
Like those consoles are not using FSR put other upscalers too lol, people talk about DLSS and forget to mention that almost no those consoles are not stranger to upscaling their games too, it's just that they have a way worse method

Wow didn't expect the Switch 2 to leave the Series S in the dust like this.

What a little beast
Example of people who don't watch the video, what is said in it.

Then, when the game is on the market, they will come and the topic will be... "but, but, DF said that in SW2 it was better than in XSS"

Well thats my point, DLSS is way better than FSR. I use it on PC all the time, even when i dont need to power wise.

If Series S used DLSS, which version would look better?, exactly.

And again,. all this is ignoring the fact that pretty much all the other settings are higher on the S.

impossible

In the last few weeks it was just a lot of guessing based on compressed youtube videos and screenshots.
Their switch 2 clickbaiting has been absolutely worthless.
Come on man, lets not try and pretend DF are against Switch 2.
Remember all the endless 'Impossible port"' vids they did for Switch, while ignoring how shit the actual games looked compared to the other consoles and PC versions.

No i haven't but DF said that the switch 2 beats the series S in static motion. They didn't say that the switch 2 beats the series s in motion. I'm just going off of what they're saying. And i'm sure the switch 2 version does look better than the ps4 in alot of places, but DF said that the textures of the ps4 and switch 2 version were comparable in places. Again going off of what they said.

The console having more RAM and DLSS means that we should expect prettier visuals. However, the CPU being largely inferior to Series S, don't expect 60fps on multiplats.

This thing is a sexy little machine. Glad it comes in black this time around.
Very promising start to a gen.
Im' tellling you, if cdpr can achieve this, r* can squeeze gta6 onto it

Exactly, but FSR2 have worse artifacing issues than DLSS… I think is going to be pretty comparable with Series S, and a lot better than PS4.

That's like saying "if PS4 Pro ha a modern GPU, a better CPU or a SSD Switch wouldn't look so great"... Ok, but it doesn't.

Like those saying "yeah but it's using DLSS" try to underplay the console capabilities by ignoring the fact that each chip gen we don't only get more raw performance but also efficiency, "oh it's not fair because it has RT Cores", "oh but it's not fair because it has mesh shaders of course it's gonna be easier for it".

Switch 2 having DLSS isn't more than any other device having newer more advanced tech to make some stuff possible or more efficient than previous generations of other devices.

DLSS is perfectly valid when pointing out the whole Switch 2 capabilities when rendering graphics, it all counts because what's on the screen is what matters.

Switch 2 having DLSS is a good thing, especially for its low power. Like i said i use DLSS on PC even when i dont need to.

Bur you cant then start acting like a Switch 2 version of a game is better because of DLSS while ignoring internal resolution, framerate, and every other graphical effect and technique.

I mean Christ if you use Switch 2 in handheld mode, native 480p would look clean on that screen size, but it wouldnt mean the Switch 2 version is better than other versions.

Switch2 not having motion artifacts and performing better than TAA will make it better in motion than most consoles leaning on FSR.
That new racing game coming out on this is about to look very sick in HDR.
Shit, a smooth 40 DLSS frames with VRR might look & feel better than an FSR 60 if it's using reflex
