There are plenty of questions like this that people post on fb that are multiple choice... most people usually get the wrong answer.

Factoring out the 4 would give 4(4+4+1-4)= 4*5 = 20

So far all replies have been wrong. If you recheck to OP you'll notice that it doesn't include an equal sign, just '4×4+4×4+4-4×4 ?'. Not entirely sure of what he's really asking about, so my answer will just be:

4×4+4×4+4-4×4 ?
