I wonder if mayweather can read and write decently (evidence: his tweets), but the years of boxing have fucked up his brain, making it difficult to read aloud. The shit he had to read was literally two sentences. He should've been able to recite those lines without even reading them. Seems like this could go beyond being a shitty reader.
