Yeah this will be the norm in 20 or 30 years, when all us long time gamers in our 30's and 40's reach that age.
My uncle is even older than this guy and he still games daily, although not really online fps games.
I also think reaction time degrading with age is exaggerated a bit. I'm 42 and dont notice any difference since i was a teenager or in my 20's/ Some poeple even say its minute anyway and feels more like playing with a touch of lag, which is normal anyway with online games often.

I think it will be far more common when our generation(s) are that age.
On a side not I will say older people can find a space to enjoy these kinds of competitive FPS. They just need to pick the right class for them and not do too much. But this guy is a great shot at any age. I hope my halo skill are still that sharp in 40 years.
