Some of the members of the RLLMUK forums are deliberately fucking up the fraudulent auctions of the PSP scammers and then reporting them to eBay. It's quite possible that this auction was a "victim" of deliberately absurd bids to render it nonsensical.

This auction (not of a PSP) is from someone who also made a fraudulent PSP auction; try and spot the part that gives away its scam nature.
