"Captain America: The First Avenger" co-writer Christopher Markus is keen on getting "Game of Thrones" star Peter Dinklage to play the villain in a potential sequel.

Markus tells The Los Angeles Times that he would love to get Dinklage to star as M.O.D.O.K. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing), the now giant headed and hovering mutated form of the scientist responsible for the creation of the cosmic cube (I think that's right, the character background is a little confusing).

Markus says “I think you could make a terrifying movie with MODOK but nobody seems to be on my side at the moment. I will win you over to Peter Dinklage as MODOK. If he came around the corner and you saw him floating there you would be terrified. It would be amazing.”

At last report the 'Winter Soldier' saga of the comics will be the likely story option should a sequel go ahead.

And right now its not set in stone. I'm willing to bet they'll go with Winter Soldier. MODOK would be too weird unless they made him a huge dust cloud in space ala Fantastic Four's Galactus.

I thought they were gonna clean the house after the shittiness called Captain America , but nope, they are even keeping the damn writers.

They could just make him a small person, he doesn't have to look exactly as he does in the comic - that would be lolworthy.

Can't wait to see him jump on Thor's back and kick the shit out of him!

Yes, they were going to dump all the crew members of that critically well received and commercially successful film because you didn't like it.

Holy crap you are not joking, 79% in RT, no idea this was so praised considering how boring it is.

MODOK, much like Hector Hammond, is a terrible idea for an on-screen villain. Yes, there are some ideas that should stay in print/animated form. No one would go see a Batman movie with Man-Bat or the Ventriloquist or Maxie Zeus, even if they had awesome episodes in the animated series.
