A much better idea than PCs that mimic consoles.

"Nintendo games are like indies, and worth at most $19" 🤡
A console

with keyboard, mouse and controller included,

This console would have carrying handle, two docks; one dock would be in the living room and the other on a monitor in a bedroom or office.

Its exclusive games would be its secret weapon, that is, strategy games with next-gen graphics; on traditional PCs these games are low-budget games.

If the goal is to merge the two markets, doing so through a console with a keyboard is easier than a PC mimicking a console, due to the high level of consumer resistance

It would be a reverse move to Valve and Microsoft. Without a doubt, an idea that in a just world I would receive money for.

Yeah great idea, to sell a console with keyboard and mouse and RTS games to people that have never played with keyboard and mouse nor know about RTS games

Pass that weed bro

I've always said the PlayStation 15 will nearly have Windows 7 functionality at the current trajectory. But really I think PS3 tried that and it seemed to be more than Sony could support anywhere near launch

I see you're a bit slow, the RTS is meant to attract PC players, after all, console players would be guaranteed a spot.

Consoles already have keyboard and mouse support. If you want it just for the strategy games then the game can bundle a keyboard and mouse. It worked for Nintendo with several peripherals including a damn scale, some weird ring thing, and damn cardboard.

The problem is that the Kb/M isn't as popular as some people think it is and you'll just have a Kinect situation of bundling something most people couldn't care less about.

And you think PC gamers would flock to a console because of 1 or 2 RTS games with no mod support and paid online?

Pass the damn weed already!

LOL I primarily play on pc and use a controller/wheel. Barely ever play with keyboard. Oh and my games run better than on consoles and cheaper.

I just want the same experience running the pc version on consoles, everything else is basically DIY.

If I want to mimic a PlayStation or Xbox with my PC, all I have to do is lower the game resolutions, turn on FSR3 (at best), and set it to the medium preset.
