Did they keep the crazy amount of lore for the items you pick up like keys?

Seriously, I've never seen anyone talk about this detail of the game and it really surprised me and is easily missed, but if you examine the key items you find you get crazy amounts of lore for them like a key in the Venice level is described as being used by two lovers to meet in secret, stuff like that.

I don't even know if they kept that for Sigma II, it's comparable to stuff like what FROM does, but I've never seen anyone mention that detail about Ninja Gaiden II.

Oh that's right. I thought the 360 version had been called Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, but Black was only for the original remake.

I got it on PS5. I was able to play before the download finished but then when I upgraded the Lunar to level 2, it hadn't finished the full download yet and so, the model was just invisible until then
Unfortunately, the gameplay is now worse than Ninja Gaiden 1/2 and Ninja Gaiden Sigma.

At least that's another reason not to see this as a replacement for the Xbox 360 version.
