Prosecutors say AH text message was code to his fiancée to get rid of the murder weapon.
Phone records: that same night post murder, AH calls Ernest "Bo" Wallace several times as well as Ortiz.
Defense shows AH looking for his phone in couch cushion. Trying 2 say some of these calls were just to help find his phone.

Anthony Jerome:
Worked at the W Hotel in Boston in June 2013. This witness worked as valet. The W is a high-end hotel around the corner from the Rumor nightclub, where Lloyd and AH hung out the weekend of June 15. After taking the Suburban's keys, Jerome says he saw the men inside vehicle walking towards Rumor nightclub.
Jerome keeps saying, "I don't remember" to several of McCauley's questions about events of 6/15/13

Samson Michael:
Account manager for Valet. Michael worked night shift on June 14 and into the 15th. Michael says a gentleman approached Anthony Jerome (valet) at approx 1:30 am June 15, 2013. Jerome unlocked the door and man went to Suburban. Accessed through driver’s door. Michael says he walked alongside the suburban, saw a man with his shirt up to his chest, with a gun in pants waistband. Gun handle was black, metal-looking, looked like it belonged to semi-automatic gun.
Michael followed AH to Warrenton Street where he saw him walk away. Samson says he walked back to hotel after a few minutes, resumed his duties.

Yeah, that whole "box" behind he movie screen screams code for, "find the gun box, dump it somewhere"

Defense would have to do a good job trying to not make it seem like code.

what, you dont text your fiancee about boxes and ruined TVs when you're at the police department under the suspicion that you may have committed murder? what else is there to be thinking about during such a boring time?

Angry Grimace

Two cannibals are eating a clown. One turns to the other and says "does something taste funny to you?"
Thanks for all the updates, odinson. Dude looks guilty as hell.

I mean, he's almost assuredly guilty, but I like to describe "beyond a reasonable doubt" as being "90% sure." We will see how it ends up.

sorry i haven't been following this at all besides this thread. What is the motive for the murder? it looks like they were friends?

That is the big question. Some say its for spilling a drink on Aaron at a night club, some because he found out about his "spot" (rented condo). Some believe its because Odin had learned of the double homicide that Aaron is also charged with. Right now there's no clear motive. The defense is trying to portray them as friends, and that he would never hurt his friends. The DA tried to dispute that by letting a former friend testify that was shot in the eye by Aaron. But the judge denied that.

How about the "spoiled roasted turkey that's been in the BACK OF THE FRIDGE" for the past fortnight or so? That would be plaguing me during the downtime of being arrested for murder.

They just had a Glock expert come in and analyze some home surveillance video that was taken immediately after Hernandez got home, and he identified an object in the video as being a Glock, the gun which was used in the murder (but that was never found). Possibly the most damning testimony yet.

Today in review: Trial Day 25
Some interesting testimony today with a Glock expert. Alongside some crucial video evidence from Hernandez's on surveillance system.

Jeff Keane; Former W Hotel Security Manager:
Worked 6-7 years at old Ritz-Carlton in Boston. Began working at W Hotel in Spring 2011.
B_0cDcCWYAASVlZ.png

AH SUV didn't fit in the parking spot usually reserved for Mercedes, BMWs and Ferraris. Keane recounts having conversation with valet manager Samson Michael. Keane says AH was at corner of Warrenton & Stuart streets in Boston. After observing AH Keane went back to front door at hotel, stayed there until 3 a.m.; says Suburban left just after 2 a.m.
Video surveillance from W Hotel is being shown. Jury sees AH walking on side street next to hotel near Rumor night club w about 3 others.
B_0geF0WIAAvxqX.jpg

Video shows AH asking valet for keys to the Suburban parked out front of the W Hotel.
B_0hraKUsAAeGTM.jpg

On cross, Keane says he never saw phone logs until today, also doesn't remember seeing AH walk up the street outside the W Hotel.
Defense: "You observed that Mr Hernandez clothing was very tightly fit, didn't you?"
Keane: Yes
Defense - You saw no bulge in AH waistband
Keane - No.
Fee: "That night, you concluded that AH did not have a firearm in his waistband?"
Keane: I did not think he did
Witness says “In my experience, local celebrities were not typically just mulling around on street corners."
Hotel security director only contacted police after he heard about the murder of Odin LLoyd and publicity about AH a few days later.

Kyle Apinwall; Employee from Glock, Inc:
Mr Apinwall has brought in a Glock .45 to show to the Jurors. It’s the same type of gun that was used in the murder. The actual murder weapon was never found.
B_0sz8BWcAAn4vv.jpg

State attorney Bomberg goes out of his way to explain to the jury, through questions, that this is not the gun from North Attleboro.
Witness shows the gun to the jury
B_0uFkyUYAAiVkC.png

Aspinwall explains that Glocks are particularly unique. Goes through the unique features of the Glock.
B_0vVBZUgAAD7Lf.jpg

With jurors out of courtroom, Sultan(Def) says Aspinwall should not be permitted to give his opinion on what the object is in AH videos.
The Judge overrules the objection allowing the witness to give his opinion on what the object is in the video and still photos.
Jury sees frame-by-frame video of AH get out of fiancée’s Audi, and walk down the driveway three hours before murder.
B_06WGJWIAEF-YH.jpg

B_06-3LWAAEm61T.jpg

Now it's June 17, 2013 at nearly 3:30 a.m. Three men get out of the Nissan Altima. We're in the house now. It's just after 3:30 a.m. on June 17, 2013. Lloyd is allegedly dead. The men walk through the house. Aaron goes to the basement and comes back out.
B_08h7QWAAESxB9.jpg

B_08wLpWYAAWeO0.jpg

B_08x10WwAACkdn.jpg

3:35 am, 6/17/13. Prosecutors say he is holding a Glock handgun. This taken after Lloyd's murder.
Now we're watching an overhead shot of AHs pool on June 17, 2015. E Wallace & others around 2:30 pm are chilling poolside, 11 hours after Lloyd's murder. He gets out and walks through the house to the basement. Then out to the car and gets something out of it. (Possibly the clip) Then heads back in to the basement.
B_0_jGSWAAAI6xk.png

Aspinwall looks at still photos, saying AH is holding what, "in my opinion, is a firearm." The witness points out the characteristics of a Glock on the still images to the jury.
B_1BkkmXAAAcj1y.jpg

Aspinwall is eloquently describing the "pistol" in every image he's been shown. He points directly to it on the screen.
Witness pointing out parts of Glock displayed to jury to match what is seen in the still photo.
B_1C0wbXAAA6nag.jpg

Showing how AH was carrying the alleged weapon.
B_1DFSWWcAAI3KC.jpg

Aspinwall: "In my opinion the weapon shown in the video stills is a Glock pistol."
Moving on to the video still of AH getting something from the car.
"We're only manufacturer making our magazine of plastic." The witness points out everything from shape, to curves.
Sultan, on cross-exam, asking witness to establish there are lots of different kinds of Glocks some big some small.
Sultan asks how many models of Glock .45s there are
Aspinwall: About 12.
Sultan: Would you agree Glock model 20 looks a lot like model 21?
Witness: Yes

Kyle Apinwall; Employee from Glock, Inc:
Defense attorney wants testimony of Glock official stricken, alleges prosecution committed discovery violations. The judge denied the defenses motion. Defense will show a replica gun to try to prove it's very similar to Glock handgun.
Still on cross exam. Aspinwall is also a deputy sheriff in New Hampshire. Sultan says he didn't mention that yesterday. (Defense again suggesting this witness also in cahoots with the state-they've done that with virtually every law enforcement witness.)
Sultan: You knew the opinion, they were hoping you would give them, isn't that right?
Aspinwall says he's aware
Defense returns to theme of "confirmation bias," suggesting Glock official saw gun because that's what prosecution wanted. Aspinwall admits that he knows Glock sues other companies for producing knockoffs.
Photo of Glock knock off shown to Aspinwall...asks if he can identify it. He says no, it's a picture of a gun.

Sultan showing jurors replica Glocks. Kyle Aspinwall is identifying the features that are similar.
B_515PGVIAA9otK.png

B_52p71UgAEUbxy.jpg

Witness acknowledges some similarities between real Block & this air soft pistol.
Sultan: You don't know whether object in any of those videos is real working firearm that shoots real bullets do you?"
Aspinwall concedes he can't tell if the object is a functioning firearm based on video.
Defense:“Hernandez was holding a real gun by the muzzle…u would never hold a real gun like this because you could blow your hand off”
Sultan: "But it wouldn't be dangerous to hold a fake gun" by the barrel
Aspinwall: No
Aspinwall: From those pictures you can't make out the caliber
Sultan shows b&w photo array of semi-automatic pistols, a defense exhibit.
B_583zwUkAAgpN1.jpg

Witness says he has "no idea" if all of them are real.
B_59OJLW4AAPrkv.jpg

Portions of Aspinwall's testimony about features on gun which he based his opinion have been stricken from record. Aspinwall's observations based on the backstrap are still in evidence.
Sultan has switched over to talking about markings on shell casing. Sultan asking about 'Miami Barrell,' experimental barrel Glock manufactured for law enforcement in Fla.
Sultan: W/every Glock sold, in the box comes 2 spent shell casings, fired by that very gun.
Sultan is discussing projectiles with Aspinwall at the moment. Aspinwall, earlier, admitted he wasn't a ballistics expert.
Now on the monitor, video from AH home surveillance system being shown. Morning of 6/17/13, just before 3:30 a.m. (right after Lloyd's murder), when AH and 2 associates arrive at his house.
B_6KEOlVAAAnqtQ.jpg

Sultan zooms in video of them arriving at house, asking Aspinwall about a dark object in Carlos Ortiz's hand.
Sultan is showing a variety of photos where the item in question is "too pixelated" to see, according to Aspinwall. Defense now showing witness a slew of pictures. And over-and-over again he says he can't identify a gun.
B_6LginU8AAjibV.jpg

Zoomed in photo of AH outside garage, Sultan intimating it's an Ipad.
Aspinwall: the prosecution's photos are of better quality than what Sultan is showing him.
Video and image is shown of the living room with Aaron apparently holding an ipad.
B_6MxYmU8AAyEO9.png

Aspinwall cannot identify a pistol/iPad when it's pixelated.
“It appears to be Mr Hernandez holding something in his hand that has a white glow to it,” rep testifies.
Sultan: Glock pistols don't have a white glow to them, do they?
Aspinwall: No they do not
Glock official says he sees no gun in Carlos Ortiz's hands in this shot.
B_6QjpdVIAExsGr.jpg

Sultan shows another clip of AH surveillance with glowing item in hand.
B_6R8u3UUAA5-Fr.png

Defense atty: “Do you see him there, with an object lit up in his hands”
B_6S1bqVAAAounX.png

Sultan finishes with cross. Prosecutor: “Are you aware of anyone who goes pellet gun shooting at 3:30 in the morning?”
Witness: No
Aspinwall says he previously met w/defense team, less than 15 min; they chose to meet for that short amount of time.
Defense points out the replica gun has been altered. Someone painted the orange tip black. Witness also points out a number of "significant" differences between pellet gun and Glock.
On the fake gun, Aspinwall says doesn't weigh more than 16 ounces, 1/2 weight of fully loaded 45-cal Glock.
Bomberg showing Aspinwall spent .45-cal shell casings at crime scene; Aspinwall says .45-cal Glock could fire those
Now prosecutor shows AH blackberry. “Get done” list states Send Rounds.
B_6YiDjU0AAaeDT.png

(Lunch Break)
Witness ID'ing guns (in blue) that would not be polymer and may not be black.
B_6p8RKWcAAlExC.jpg

On re-direct witness has acknowledged not all guns are black, differences in prosecution/defense pics.
Bomberg shows more video of AH home, just after 3:30 a.m. on 6/17/13; view of the living room.
B_6ullGWMAABjGi.png

Video shows AH walking through kitchen into living room area; he's holding apparent iPad in left hand. Aspinwall can't tell what the object is in Ortiz's left hand, just says it appears to be rectangular.
Now a still image of AH, Ortiz, Wallace in front of the basement door; Ortiz holding black object in hand.
Under re-cross defense: "Are you saying we just blew you off for a meeting?" Witness: "If that's how you wanna characterize it, yes."
Sultan ask question again, about markings on spent shell casings/projectiles.
On the monitor: microscopic view of markings on projectiles. Aspinwall says it's beyond his expertise to say if they match.

Alexis Eon; keeper of records at Verizon Wireless:
Eon has worked for Verizon for 19 yrs. 25-30 cases per year, so she has done hundreds of cases in total.
Eon will be going over phone records of Carlos Ortiz -- number ending in 0591. Ortiz used a prepaid account with Verizon.
B_666F8UMAAl_uy.png

Ortiz activated his phone on June 15, 2013 and disconnected the phone June 18, 2013, day after murder of Odin Lloyd.
Carlos Ortiz's phone ruled inadmissible because of a warrant problem. Prosecution is introducing records of its use. Ortiz left his phone in the 'flophouse,' but that's out because police didn't show enough probable cause for search warrant.
A second subscriber phone, shows activity as it travels south toward Georgia in days after O Lloyd's murder. Prosecution says E Wallace fled Mass, traveled to family in Fla in days following the murder.
The second phone pings off locations in the Carolinas, Georgia, then Orlando and Miami Florida.

Out of the 1,446 Red Herring shoes manufactured, 1,046 went to the United States for distribution.
Witness says he can get specific information from tag inside the sneakers. He says definitely Spring 2013.
B_-y2pZVIAATy6b.png

Tag shows size, model, and production date. The shoe is a size 9 and AH was a size 13. They more than likely belong to E. Wallace.
Witness identifies red shoes, 3rd row down by blue Nikes, in basement closet of AH house.

Witness looking at blueprint of Rumour nightclub and describing the areas of club
B_-10BiWoAAgRnH.jpg

Nightclub manager points out where the surveillance cameras were at Rumor. Day after Lloyd shooting, police called manager and asked to review some tapes from over the weekend.
The surveillance cameras only held 24-48 hrs of video. State says there are 4 CDs.
“We pat down every individual who walks into our club,” Rumor manager says.
We are starting w/ previous exhibit - video from outside W Hotel.

B_-7XlHUwAMWcgh.jpg

Surveillance from Rumor playing on monitors, but no one in the video is being identified.

Jeffery London; Boston Nightclub promoter:
B_--2fjXEAAl-EX.jpg:large

London says he met AH at Rumor, saw him there and at other clubs. Saw him the Friday he was there w/Lloyd. Being VIP post involves “taking care of clientele that spend a lot of money - celebrities, athletes” witness says.
Video shows this witness, bottom in black.
B_-_t9iVAAAjvlb.jpg

AH was there with 2 other people. He didn't want a VIP table that night. Introduced himself, spoke for maybe 10 secs. Witness says he saw AH at the club that night with "friends," didn't know who they were.
Bar has a $25 cover; fee was waived for AH and his friends.
Next time London saw AH he said he was hanging out alone at bar. Went up to him and bought him a drink. He was a Hennessey drinker.
London saw Hernandez twice inside the club. He was alone both times -- not with Lloyd or Olivares.

Jose Vega:
B__E3ooUwAAoHY6.png:large

He was at the club that night.
Vega said he went by himself that night to meet “a couple friends who were going to be there” witness says he was there from 11:30 until 2 a.m.
DJ hector hectic is his friend, saw him at booth near DJ bar. Witness is describing DJ booth in detail & his interaction with him.
Vega socialized with his friend DJ Hectic at DJ booth for a bit. Went back over to booth to say goodbye around 1:00 am. “What drew me to him was his tattoos,” witness says. Says AH was hanging out below DJ booth on dance floor.
Wished AH good luck in the upcoming season. Told him he was "Happy he was one of the Latinos in the NFL"
“My friend who was with me had a crush on him so I tried to take a picture of her with him in the background. He ducked away when he saw flash.
B__HBnzXEAAKlvZ.jpg

Akil Joseph; Friend of Odin Llyod:
B__NFmpXEAAuxZf.jpg

Says he knew Odin Lloyd bc he used to “frequent Boston".
Akil was hanging out with Lloyd at least three times a week around the time he was murdered. He had several mutual friends with Lloyd and they spent time together on Fayston St. where Lloyd lived. 5 people made the plan to go clubbing including Odin and Akil. The went to the club Venue which is right beside Rumor.
Joseph says Rumor can be accessed from Venue. Akil saw Odin near DJ Booth in Rumor with Glenroy. They had a conversation, Lloyd offered to get him a drink.
Joseph said he did not recognize AH at the club that night.
Picture of Akin (blue/green plad shirt) at Rumor nightclub in front of DJ booth with his back to AH.
B__R725WMAAXJoc.png

Akil doesn't recall ever seeing AH on night at Rumor Nightclub.
Akil left the club with his friends, he identifies them on security footage including Lloyd.
Witness says he didn’t see where Lloyd went after leaving Rumor. Akil saw Odin later standing by himself across the street when the club got out.
Video shows Odin Lloyd outside Boston nigthclub -- in black, center of screen.
B__U3VnWsAEWuWS.jpg

Witness IDs Lloyd, friends, even mentions AH in video outside W Hotel.
Witness says he went to one of Lloyd’s football games on 6/15 the night before he was killed. Saw him on Sunday 6/16 at a Caribbean Costume type festival.
Lloyd went to pick up Akil and drop him off at his house from the festival, before AH picked him up. That's where the suburban went at 1am.
Akil testifies to seeing a black Suburban at Lloyd's house. Had never seen him before with the Suburban.
Defense yet again suggesting that witness' testimony was tainted by meetings with prosecutors.
Defense tries to get witness to say he arranged to get marijuana. But he says no.
Def: While were talking of marijuana, Odin was very, very good at rolling blunts, wasn't he?
Akil: Yes

Deadbeat

Banned
Defense:“Hernandez was holding a real gun by the muzzle…u would never hold a real gun like this because you could blow your hand off”
No it wont. But whatever bullshit works I guess. Hes not gripping a flash hider or compensator or something. That would fuck up your hand. Hes gripping the bare slide.

Today in review: Trial Day 29
Kwami Nicholas; Odin Lloyd’s acquaintance:
CATVGrQUMAAPNh1.png

Nicholas immigrated from Antigua when he was 12/13, attends college at Bridgewater. Describes his relationship not as a friend of Odin Lloyd; Says he knows of him for about 4-5 yrs. Nicholas was at Rumor the night AH and Odin Lloyd were there together. Two nights before the murder. Kwame was the driver. He went with Mike, Akil Joseph (Friday’s witness), Jules, and Glen to Rumor for Jules' birthday. Nicholas says the club 'was packed'. Nicholas saw Lloyd 15-30 minutes after he arrived. DJ at Rumor said "Aaron Hernandez is in the building"!

Nicholas says AH was standing and staring at Odin & other man, says AH looked "pissed", not calm, angry about something. Nicholas says AH's eyes beamed directly at Odin, mouth was 'like a grunt'. Sometime after speaking with a friend, Odin left the club. At closing time, when lights came on, Nicholas & friends left club. Nicholas saw AH storm out the club', walking aggressively. AH had hands in pockets, took them out, waved hands in a 'brushing off' motion, and told Odin ‘Go talk to (somebody). The witness couldn’t hear the name he said. (Reminder: After leaving nightclub, prosecutors say AH walked to his vehicle, got a gun, put it in his pants waistband)
On courtroom monitor; surveillance video from W Hotel in Boston, around closing time at 2 a.m. on 6/15/13. AH is seen on video, standing on a street corner. Video shows AH walking toward corner, aggressively, at one point turns around, points his arm somewhere. Video shows Lloyd walking into screen from left side, walking alone, to where AH had gone. Witness and his friends are also visible in the video. Nicholas is identifying people in surveillance footage taken from outside the Rumor nightclub. Video shows Lloyd talking to men on corner, turns around, walks back in their direction. Lloyd later separates from AH, throws his hands up.
CATcnAMWoAAY_WY.jpg

Now on the monitor a picture from the DJ booth inside Rumor. AH ducking down, seen from behind, wearing red hat, white hoodie.
On Cross:
Fee: Nicholas met again w/police/prosecutors in August 2014
Nicholas: I only spoke to police/prosecutors twice (August '13 & '14);
Nicholas had an initial interview with police, Fee said he never mentioned AH staring down Lloyd in Rumor until months later. Fee asks Nicholas if he saw AH talking to DJ at Rumor; Nicholas says he wasn't, but in '14, Fee says Nicholas told police that. Fee asks for video to be shown on witness recorded interview to contradict his testimony.
In the video, Nicholas says AH was conversing with the DJ; Today Nicholas says AH was not talking to anybody, 'not that I could tell'
CATiS2iWQAAiD_n.jpg

Fee points out another inconsistency about Nicholas saying Lloyd approached him from the opposite side of where AH was standing.
In video from '13 witness said Glen fell asleep on ride home. But on stand, he won’t acknowledge. Either cant- or wont -recall.
24 hours later, Nicholas goes to see his girl in Boston, says he saw black Suburban 'go creeping by him,' and Odin & friend. They were going to a party.
Fee: Do you have a poor memory, sir? (in response to Nicholas saying he doesn't recall saying what he said on video)
Nicholas: "I don't have a poor memory."

Herbert Hedges Jr.; Consultant to Nike:
CATpqnuUMAIld6b.jpg

Handles criminal cases involving anything at Nike. This witness spent time in Asia, monitoring factories that manufactured Nike products. Nike started Air Jordan line in 1985, witness testifies. Hedges is talking about Air Jordan’s. Says Michael Jordan was an "exciting player."
Witness talking about retro Air Jordan '11's, with different variations, low cut, to create demand. June 2013; Nike launches new version of Air Jordan Retro 11's; same month Lloyd was killed. Hedges is identifying a pair of Nikes in a photo presented by Prosecutor McCauley. It's from inside AH's closet.

Prosecutors trying to link this footprint found at scene with AH's Air Jordan Retro shoes.
CATsT-kWAAAgcEz.jpg

On video from Canton station, Carlos Ortiz seems to be wearing brown hiking-style shoe. Witness was unable to determine what type of shoe that Ortiz was wearing at the convenience store. He said "hiking."
On Cross:
Def. atty. shows photo of shoes taken at home of AH in June 2013. Shoes were not confiscated.
CAUCl68VEAAD5Re.jpg

Sultan establishes that bottom of Air Jordan’s have “herringbone” pattern. Same as IDed on Ernest Wallace shoes.
Sultan: tens of millions of shoes have herringbone pattern on out soles. Witness agrees.
Witness: Nike made 3,001,055 pairs of shoes with identical sole pattern as of June 2013.

Gary Ferrara; North Attleboro resident, works at local gas station:
The gas station/convenience store Ferrara works at has 4 surveillance cameras. Surveillance camera at gas station shows a view of John Dietsch Blvd. The road to the industrial park where Lloyd was killed.
Witness points out location of his gas station cameras that point towards the road near crime scene.
CAUgHyxWsAADcbJ.jpg

Police obtained surveillance video from witness' gas station showing vehicle entering industrial park between 3-3:30 a.m
Headlights fill the screen as a car enters the industrial park. It's 3:39 am on the camera.

Matthew Quirk; owns a business in North Attleboro:
Quirk is owner of Seekonk Supply; business has surveillance video system also near the industrial park.
On CR monitor: picture inside witness' store, w/surveillance camera visible in ceiling, capable of looking outside store.

In the video, again, you vaguely see a car. The software made a box around it though signifying a vehicle.

Steven Bennett; with the Massachusetts State Police Crime Services Unit:
CAYrVG4W4AAMT_s.jpg

6/17/13 evening - when Lloyd's body was found - Bennett was on-call, responded to crime scene. Before going to N Attleboro crime scene, Bennett responded to a suspicious death call in Dartmouth, MA, cleared that scene. Bennett says he met with police processing crime scene. Bennett is describing the crime scene. Witness notes that water can affect a lot of evidence - ranging from fingerprints to cigars/cigarettes. At crime scene, Bennett describes it as sandpit area, large mounds of dirt, construction debris. At the crime scene, Bennett took photos, as rain began dying down on 6/17/13, around 7:45 p.m. Witness notes that there were no homes or streetlights in the area Lloyd was killed. The witness asked other troopers to take video of the scene & take comparative photos. He was there when tarps removed. Bennett saw tire tracks at scene, parallel to each other, made by same vehicle. Witness said tire tracks were parallel - indicated they were made by same car. He says the "better" track was closer to body. Since one tire track was on "sand/silt", it made a much more detailed impression - according to the witness.
Witness points out footwear impressions underneath tarps. He places the numbered placards next to them for photos. Bennett says one footprint appeared be from left shoe, had herringbone pattern. Bennett talking about his credentials, workshops attended on footwear/tire tracks, proficiency tests.
No casts taken of footprints at crime scene in this case. That's at discretion of police, given soil conditions.
Witness explaining this footprint. Says it was perpendicular to the body.
CAY0o5bUIAAHg_c.jpg

Bennett looking at photos and explaining the lighting and how it affects the way the footprint looks in the photos. We're looking at footwear impressions next to actual footwear. Bennett is saying how investigators compared details.
CAZDK3BUIAA7bwx.jpg

The ground around Lloyd's body was soft and sandy. Therefore a lot of footprints. Officer is going print by print.
This shoe print matches Matthew Kent, the jogger that found the body of Odin Lloyd.
CAZJXdMWYAE4GBW.jpg

Bennett says he was able to exclude Lloyd's sneakers as having made foot impression at scene.
Jurors see impression of Nike shoe, footprint photo from scene.
CAZQYLVW4AAHSFG.jpg

The witness was given an example of the size 13, Air Jordan 11 retro lows. Bennett made transparency of the Air Jordan Retro 11 lows, to compare sole pattern to footprint at scene. Witness Bennett overlays transparency w/AIr Jordan print over the foot impression at crime scene, trying to show match.
CAZizd_UIAAfTx3.jpg

Detective finds multiple areas "in agreement" between footprints at the murder scene. Says they match the Nike Air Jordan 11 Retro Low. Witness used substance called "biofoam" to capture sole impression of size 13 Air Jordan retro 11s. Prosecutor shows biofoam mold of Nike Air Jordan Retro 11s.
CAZn2JvUkAAF7D9.png

November 2014, Bennett participated in search warrant execution at AH home, looking for 3 pairs of shoes. Police were looking for retro 11s Air Jordans, Spizike hiking boats, and shoes allegedly worn by E Wallace. These shows were never found.

CAdsk3kUMAEqL8l.jpg

We resume with the Cross of Mr. Bennett. On CR monitor a picture of footprint at the scene. Sultan asks Bennett if his opinion on print has changed since yesterday (NO).
Sultan points out that Bennett didn’t make the comparison in 6/13 due to lack of evidence for comparison. But, he did in 11/14.
Sultan making a point that Lloyd's shoes also had herringbone pattern on the sole.
CAdqPKaVEAAzDZq.png

Defense: "Can you tell...that impression was made by a size 13 shoe?"
Bennett: "No."
Bennett concedes police brought him Size 13 shoe because they believed AH wore that shoe size.
12/4/14, prosecutor asked Bennett to compare footprints at crime scene to footwear worn by first responders.
Sultan asks Bennett if this is a footwear impression. "I don't think so."
CAduZ2oWQAAMAMP.jpg

Sultan: "You can't tell us based on your 3-day training you received if this is a footwear impression?"
Bennett says he never received shoes worn by police/civilian witnesses at crime scene for print comparison purposes.
Bennett has transparencies of size 11, 12 Nike Air Jordan Futures he bought last week for comparison purposes. These have the same sole pattern as Retro 11’s.

CAeNVRvUMAAbBUs.jpg

Worked in nightclub promotions, did some work with Rumor nightclub in Boston. Arma attended a J. Cole concert that night, and went to the after-party at Rumor nightclub. That was the night Lloyd and AH were there. Arma saw AH in the club, first on main dance floor, walking around, and then tapped her hip to get her attention. She agreed to dance with him, AH was 'pretty pleasant,' told her, 'How you gonna say no?' danced for 5-10 min. Arma said AH "was charming." Then, in the middle of the song, he took off and went to another room. He then came back, grabbed her by the arm in the crowd. He pulled her out of the crowd, told her to go with him; he brought her to entrance of club.
AH told her everything was okay, he leaned against wall, told her to dance, he said 'Let's have a good time'. “He said show me what you can do with that thing referring to my back end,” witness says. He was acting 'odd,' just seemed a lot more agitated, on edge. "He didn't seem relaxed anymore. He seemed different."
Arma stopped dancing, went off dance floor, and so did AH. Later saw him standing outside on street corner, near W Hotel, pacing. Arma says he was mostly standing by himself, pacing back & forth.

David Gorneault;
CAixb9BUgAAgFl7.jpg

Friend of AH relatives, Tanya Singleton & her husband. Gorneault knew of "Bo" also known as "Crash" also known as "Fish." We know him as Ernest Wallace. Gorneault also identifies a photo of Tanya Singleton.
Witness says Wallace lived/stayed 'where he could'. Met AH and points him out. “Tie and nice jacket” is how he describes AH in court. Tanya Singleton is AH cousin. Witness says he'd see AH in Bristol, CT, in company of his cousin Tanya, at Christmas, 'we hung out together'. Gorneault says he saw Ernest Wallace “day after” he first heard about Odin Lloyd homicide. Two days after murder, Bo and Tanya came to his home. “They just stopped in…Bo had a Chrysler 300.”( Tanya Singleton plead guilty 2 contempt charges for refusing to testify in front of grand jury. She's battling breast cancer) Gorneault said Wallace borrowed his phone went outside for a while “probably about 45 min he used the phone”.
On Cross:
Defense: Is it true that you gave Wallace the nickname Crash because he often crashed automobiles? Witness:"U got that right. Gorneault says he shared a marijuana cigarette with AH at Christmas eve party.
Showing a pic of a car. Says it’s the same one “Bo” was driving the day after the murder when he showed up. Witness says Tanya Singleton's husband, TL, called Wallace 'Fish.
Gorneault said Bo was "always looking for drugs. …well not drugs drugs, pills”. He heard that he used angel dust.
Rankin: "Ever see Bo or Wallace using Angel Dust?"
Gorneault: "No.
CAi0o4_VIAE1Kbo.png

Elizabeth Gorneault; wife of last witness:

CAi1PfeWEAAwi9U.jpg

Elizabeth Gorneault knew TL Singleton as well, who lived with his wife Tanya Singleton. Gorneault says she learned of the homicide in North Attleboro. "Crash" came to her home later. Elizabeth knew Wallace as Crash or Bo....knew him to be called Fish, but didn't call him that. Wallace appeared "OK" when he came over that day. ... When he came over in the past he was "always happy." Not 'his usual self,' was kinda quiet. Elizabeth says Wallace stayed about half hour. Wallace used phone, stayed for a few minutes, and said he was 'going back to New Jersey to work with his uncle'. He was driving silver Chrysler 300. Wallace “crashed TL’s bike and a car, so we called him crash,”.
Witness says Wallace would call, looking for pills/Percocets. He would trade cocaine for pills. She says he didn’t trade coke for pills with them. (Rankin asking about PCP earlier. In court docs, Wallace & Ortiz said to have smoked PCP 27 hours before murder)
Says Bo had turned himself in. She deleted his contact info from her phone. She thinks she deleted before he was arrested.

Rev. Irene Singleton; TL Singleton’s grandmother:
CAi3rL_UwAAxTNM.png

(TL Singleton; He's deceased. He died in a high-speed car crash about two weeks after Odin Lloyd's murder. He was married to Tanya Singleton AH cousin.)
TL had two children, one of his own and one from Tanya's prior relationship. Says Wallace - "Bo" - was friends with TL. Witness recounts learning about Lloyd murder on TV in June '13. Wallace stopped by her house within a few days. He was with a "kid named Ortiz."
Singleton knew Carlos Ortiz as Charlie. The two men showed up at her house in the late morning or early afternoon. They exchanged “Hello’s” - Asked where TL was. He was there. She told them he was downstairs. They went to see him. Witness says about 45 mins later she saw them in the backyard. She saw Wallace, Ortiz with Tanya Singleton. Wallace, Ortiz talking to each other 'quietly,' 'not involving anybody else in their conversation.'
Singelton: Wallace, Ortiz seemed nervous, were moving a lot.
TL joins them in the backyard 20-30 min later. She asked TL Singleton to ask Wallace, Ortiz, and Tanya to leave because they were acting strangely.
Singleton: "They weren't normally that secretive about what they were saying ... I don't know what they were talking about."
Few days later, witness received call from her daughter's phone, in Georgia; Tanya was on the line. Tanya was back in CT a few days after the phone call.
She had met AH several times, knew him as the cousin of Tanya Singleton. Driver's license pics/mug shots of Tanya Singleton, Ernest Wallace, and Carlos Ortiz shown on courtroom monitor. She has no problem identifying Carlos Ortiz - Charlie - in a photo.
CAi7mCEVEAASZJ5.png

Witness: "I think that's supposed to be Tanya, but I'm not sure."
CAi7ed3UQAA3Tcm.png

Rev. Singleton says she officiated wedding between Tanya and TL, gives spiritual guidance to family members.
On Cross:
Singleton says that Ortiz appeared to be high at times when she saw him. In past interactions with AH, Rev Singleton says he was respectful, cordial.

Una Ritchon; previous witness' daughter.
CAjADT8UcAARiCB.png

June 21, 2013. Saw Bo and Tanya. She lived with her Mom. Her daughter lives in GA and has 7 kids. She goes to help a lot. She had plans to travel there. Ritchon had a conversation with Bo and Tanya. As a result of that conversation, she changed some travel plans.
Euna packed bags, Tanya/Wallace returned to her house w/their bags. Tanya gave Wallace a 'brand new' cell phone in a box. Wallace gave the phone to Euna’s 13 yr old niece to activate. Witness says Wallace already had another phone. Prosecution insinuating that Wallace was acting shady w/ a new phone. Euna: new phone was activated. 'We got ready to leave' - her, Tanya & Wallace. On way down to Georgia, Euna would stop every hour to top off for gas. Tanya/Wallace were paying for gas. Ritchon was asked to drive Tanya and Wallace to Georgia taking back roads "no tolls". She drove through the night south to Georgia. Recalls driving through Roanoke VA, Charlotte NC. Her car died in NC. Remained there a week. She called her daughter to pick her up (8 hrs away). Tanya and Bo spent a night. Tanya went to Connecticut and Bo went to Florida. They took busses.

Eric Perez, Mass state police:
CAjEdeAUgAAzesx.png

Perez was involved in search on Landry Ave that turned up a .22-cal handgun. Perez was involved in search of the house in Bristol, CT; one item police looked for was blue plaid shirt worn by Wallace. Witness says mirror was never recovered from the Silver Altima.
Police located the Chrysler 300 in Bristol.

On cross exam:
Perez says he was also involved in search of pond in Bristol, CT. Police were searching the pond for the murder weapon. Half-dozen police divers searched that pond for 2 weeks, 1 other pond, never found .45-cal Glock used in Lloyd murder. Police searched the pond after receiving a tip from someone in Bristol that the gun was in there.

Carrera worked at a Bank of America at Los Angeles as a teller. 4/11/13, last transaction witness handled with AH. AH made some deposits. She helped him with the process. She worked with him 3-4 times before.
There was a second deposit done after initial deposit. It was a $15,000 deposit into Oscar Hernandez’s bank account in Florida. (Oscar has no relation to AH. He was part of a probe of gun trafficking between Florida and Massachusetts. In January, Oscar Hernandez pleaded guilty to federal charges that included gun conspiracy & lying to a grand jury. AH also face gun charges in this case. Prosecutors say he bought 3 guns from Oscar Hernandez)

On Cross:
Witness doesn't recall large previous transactions involving AH. Mr Rankin shows slip, showing $30K withdrawal from AH on 4/3/13. Would have required bank supervisor approval. End of cross exam. Rankin's point apparently being not unusual for AH to make large transactions in bank.

Gladwyn Dolores Skeete-Hernandez;
CAyVFB0UMAA0Wiu.png

She is the wife of Oscar Hernandez and the mom of Oscar Hernandez Jr. Lives in Belle Glade, Fl. Witness' son, Oscar Hernandez Jr., attended college in Gainsville, Fla. Witness says she had a Bank of America checking account in spring 2013; joint account with her husband, Oscar Hernandez Sr. Gladwyn says a deposit was made into her account on April 11, 2013. She recalls going to bank the bank around 4/11/13, with her son, Oscar Jr, to make a withdrawal. She withdraw $5K in cash, and gave the money to her son. After another convo with her son on the following day, witness went back to bank, withdrew another $5K cash.
Do you know what your son did with that money? Gladwyn: No
Of remaining $5K that had been deposited, witness says $3K paid down on a car, other paid insurance on car. The car was purchased for 'Shante,' girlfriend of Oscar Hernandez. 2010 white Nissan bought, used by Oscar Hernandez's fiancé.
Gladwyn is not aware of a Toyota Camry. That's the car prosecutors believe was used to transport guns to AH. McCauley asking witness about credit card payment, indicating transaction for shipment/transporting vehicle. McCauley asks about her son’s friends. She recalls knowing “Jeon” Jackson. Witness didn't make transaction for transporting vehicle, says Oscar Jr only other person with access to her account. Gladwyn says she made a payment on her credit card for $203 and some change. She didn't know what it was for. ( Note: The Toyota Camry in AH garage had Florida license plates.)

Rankin: It's safe 2 say he ran through it pretty quickly? Gladwyn: Yes
Rankin: is it fair to say Oscar was careless w/the credit card?
Witness: Yes, he would lose it

Heidi Lakatos, civilian witness:
CAyhX8mUMAEGOE0.png

She works at True Value Hardware store in Fla (where 2 guns purchased). Lakato was working during April 2013. She interacted with a customer regarding the purchase of a firearm. Lakato said it was a Jiminez .22-caliber pistol. She notes the serial number of the .22 found in the woods near AH home.
Prosecutor McCauley shows gun to witness, with the same serial # of gun she sold on 4/16/13.

Jackson says Oscar Hernandez went to same high school, was a year or two younger. No contact since 'this incident' in 2013. He knows him through the "same friends." Jackson hasn't spoken with Oscar Hernandez Jr in almost 2 years.
Jackson: Me and Oscar 'were just associates, didn't hang out like that'
Jackson went to the True Value store to buy a handgun. "I wanted something small."Gion says he got the .22-cal gun because of crime problems in his neighborhood, for protection. Jackson handed over his concealed weapons license, his driver's license and he signed a bunch of forms. Jackson said he had "his own cash" to pay for the gun. McCauley approaches with a photo of Oscar Hernandez Jr. Jackson said he talked to Oscar Hernandez Jr. on the phone before buying the gun. Jackson claims he just ran into Oscar Hernandez in the True Value store.

Jackson is now looking at the gun that prosecutors say he bought. He says he's seen something like this "on TV." Jackson says the gun is "similar" to the one he bought. He says there's nothing different about it.
We're looking at the documents Jackson signed in order to purchase the .22-caliber gun at issue here.
Jackson said he put the gun in his trunk. He owned a Chevy Malibu. This was April 16, 2013. Jackson says he never used the 22-cal gun after he bought it. Gion says his mom was the only other person who had a key to his car. Gion says he learned his gun was missing from the trunk of his car after he was contacted by ATF agents. Gion says he loaned his car once to Oscar Hernandez Jr. Doesn't remember when. Gion says he doesn't remember buying ammo for the firearm he purchased.

On Cross:
Rankin ask what his job was?
He was a youth care worker in detention fac. 2013 for youth inmates with sexual charges, burglary, murder charges.
Gion says he doesn't know AH and has never met him.

Mercado knows Carlos Ortiz from when Bo and TL brought him over to the house in 2012/2013
Mercado: Ortiz didn't stay over too often
State: “Do you know what Ernest Wallace, or Bo or Fish, was doing for work?” Mercado:“I didn’t know him to work at all”
Mercado said Wallace was around her house during the days before Odin Lloyd's murder. On 6/16/13, Mercado recalls seeing Ortiz & Wallace at her house, saw them leaving in a silver vehicle. Wallace drove and Ortiz was a passenger. There was no one else with them. Mercado can't recall next time she saw Ortiz & Wallace.
Mercado said a few minutes ago she was in her room, doesn't remember Tanya/Ortiz/Wallace at her house 6/19/13. After reading a document to refresh her memory, Mercado says her memory was not refreshed about seeing Ortiz/Wallace/Tanya at her house on 6/19/13. Mercado saying she remembers Tanya telling her she was going down to Georgia. Mercado remembers Singleton had a "little backpack" and "clothes" for the trip to Georgia. Mercado says she cared for Tanya's kids for 3-4 days while Tanya was in Georgia. During 3 days Tanya was gone, Mercado says she was in phone contact with Tanya. Says Tanya's phone contact info changed. Mercado said she could hear Wallace's voice in the background of phone conversations.
We're looking at cell phone records showing calls between Mercado & Tanya on 6/23/13. Mercado identifies the number that Tanya Singleton called her on during her drive to Georgia.
CA3lta6UMAAJWgx.png

While Tanya was away, Mercado tells McCauley she doesn't recall getting call from someone else besides Tanya. Mercado recalls discussing a text she receive, text gave her instructions, doesn't recall who she relayed message to. Mercado says Tanya was still away when she received text; says she forwarded text to Tanya.
Mercado didn't review her prior statements prior to testifying today, says her attorney has not given her prior statements. Mercado now says she remembers calling person back that sent text, doesn't recall who she spoke with.
Prosecutor: "Is there something that interferes with your memory? Witness says yes. "I have PTSD....and depression..." Mercado says her memory may be affected by medication.
Mercado says she relied on records during the grand jury. Her answers were based on information from records - not memory.
Mercado has no memory of talking to AH about getting money for her sister. Mercado admits she sent Wallace $180 in jail, said Tanya gave her the $ to give to Wallace. "Maybe a letter also." Mercado DOES remember getting letters from AH. She remembers there was money on her sisters "canteen."
State: Did the def tell you about getting money to your sister? Mercado: Yes
McCauley asking Mercado if Tanya told her what she was going to do at the grand jury in 2013. Mercado: Yes, Plead the 5th
Mercado says she told AH about Tanya being held in contempt, "She shouldn't be there"
State: What did he say to you about the situation of your sister being incarcerated? Mercado: Said she shouldn't be there
State: What did he say? “I don’t remember”
McCauley: How can you not remember that conversation? Mercado: I don't remember (about Tanya's incarceration)
Mercado does remember AH saying Tanya's incarceration was BS.
State: What did AH ask u about your sister not answering questions at the grand jury? Mercado: I don't remember it was long time ago.
“Do you know who Princess is?” McCauley asks. Mercado says that’s AH daughter Avielle.
“Do you recall indicating that Princess had given you money? The child didn’t give you money?”
Who else was called Princess? Witness: Bo called Shayanna Jenkins princess. Mercado: Shayanna gave her money around time for kids to go to school. Tanya was still incarcerated. AH told Mercado he would help with money if he could through Shayanna, then also help put money on Tanya's canteen.
Mercado doesn't recall how many contacts she had with phone number that sent her text message. McCauley shows Mercado cell phone records for Track phone AH used after Lloyd murder. Mercado's phone number is listed on the AH Track phone records; shows call from AH on 6/24/13. She doesn't recall the contact. Mercado says she doesn't recall another phone call she received from AH Track phone.
These records show calls from AH Track phone to Mercado, but Mercado doesn't recall any of these calls.
CA33iFJU8AA8ieh.png

Police conducted search warrant at Mercado's home in 2013, looking for items of clothes Wallace wore. (blue plaid shirt)
Looking at photos showing what Wallace wore on night of murder; blue flannel shirt, dark pants, he owned red sneakers. Mercado identifies Wallace in a still frame from surveillance footage taken from AH home. Police told her they wanted to speak with Wallace, Tanya, TL Singleton. Mercado says she didn't give the number she had for her sister because she didn't think about it at the time.
Mercado said Ortiz and Wallace would smoke marijuana, PCP and cocaine. She saw them smoke weed and PCP. Mercado is giving different answers now than she did in front of the grand jury when it comes to Ortiz/Wallace smoking PCP.
McCauley: is your memory better today than it was at grand jury (on Mercado's statement about Wallace/Ortiz doing drugs)
McCauley asking Mercado who else has she spoken to about case besides her attorney? Says she spoke to Tanya Singleton, her dad and Shayanna Jenkins about her testimony.
"You’re telling us that you know now there’s alleged PCP in the cigar? What accounts for this new info today?” pros. Asks
Mercado: Because I remember?
Mercado is now saying that she hasn't discussed the case with Tanya Singleton or Shayanna Jenkins. Mercado says she and Singleton don't talk about the case, even though they live together. "We just cry and say we miss him."
Mercado said she knew AH had cars. She said he had two. In June of 2013, she believes he had two cars.

On Cross:
AH would go with his dad to Mercado's house all the time growing up. Tanya Singleton was there. Mercado said she was “team mom” at one point for AH football games - "bring fruit, pass out the waters" When Dennis Hernandez, father of AH, died in January 2006, AH and Tanya became closer.
Mercado tells Rankin Tanya left her ex-husband after he had affair with AH’s mother. AH and his mom became estranged after this, and AH became very close to Tanya and sometimes lived w/ them. When AH went to Univ of Fla to play football, Tanya would go visit him with her son Jano. During breaks in college year, AH would go back home to visit family in Bristol, CT. Rankin now asking Mercado about alleged drug use by Ortiz and Wallace. Rankin asks how she knew Wallace was a drug user. “I’ve seen him high before”. Mercado says marijuana has herbal smell, where PCP has a more 'plastic' type smell. Mercado says she observed both Wallace and Ortiz high. She observed it from the odors in the spring of 2013. Mercado says Bo and Charlie Boy would sweat and act jittery when they were high off PCP.
Mercado remembering some key details here on cross, like Ortiz having a white towel/wash cloth around his neck in June '13
Mercado basically says AH would frequently give money to Tanya Singleton for her children. Was asked about her sister’s illness.
She has stage 4 breast cancer.

Re-Direct:
First question: Do you know about a trust fund? Mercado: No.
(AH jailhouse phone call says he opened trust fund for Tanya’s two kids). Mercado asked if she knows about it, says no.
McCauley: Were other people smoking? Mercado: Yes McCauley: And Aaron Hernandez? Mercado: He would smoke marijuana.
Mercado knows AH would smoke marijuana, sometimes in den area/outside her house. Witness admits she's never knew for sure what was in cigars/blunts that the men smoked. McCauley asked Mercado how many times she smelled plastic smell when Wallace smoked. She says maybe 10 times.
Mercado says she chose the words "jittery" and "crazy." McCauley is insinuating that she got it from watching the trial. Witness says she never saw testimony of Irene SIngleton. But state notes she used the same words.
Prosecutor queuing up surveillance video, likely to argue against Ortiz/Wallace behaving 'jittery' and crazy on 6/16/13. Now we're seeing some video from the night of the murder in HA's driveway, around midnight.
CA4JvLqVAAAKPbz.png

McCauley: is their behavior consistent with (erratic behavior)? Mercado: they acted jittery, walked back and forth, erratic.
Court was only half a day today. The re-direct will continue on Thursday as there is no court tomorrow. There will be a hearing tomorrow on whether or not to let in AH jail house conversations.

I know there's not a whole lot of discussion going on in here, just wanted to say thanks for doing this. I read all of your recaps and really appreciate it.

Excellent job, Odinson. This is fascinating and thank you so much for taking the time to post updates.

Ditto. I look forward to updates in this thread and hope I see new recaps.

AH deposited a $1.8 million check at the California Bank of America from the Patriots.

I'm surprised that AH didn't use direct deposit. I can only imagine what it's like to be carrying a $2M check.

CBBqEFbUIAAi2Zg.jpg

Surveillance video being shown of AH home, showing Wallace and Ortiz arriving and roaming around the house. Mercado on stand saying she recognizes Wallace, Ortiz on video footage. Pros apparently using video to refute Mercado's claim that Wallace & Ortiz were high on PCP.
Now showing Afternoon of 6/17/13 Wallace naps on couch as AH walks in holding his infant daughter.
CBBsp0uUIAAS4-W.png

Video now shows AH letting Wallace hold his baby daughter. Video surveillance of AH backyard and now driveway being shown.
“Did you observe any conduct that you had earlier described with Bo and Carlos Ortiz when they were smoking PCP?” pros asks.
Mercado: No
Now McCauley reads grand jury testimony in which Mercado said “I couldn’t see their face or eyes or anything”. She said on Tuesday she could see their faces.
Two years later, you now recall, is that right? Mercado: Yes (on seeing Wallace/Ortiz faces on 6/16/13) Mercado admits that she "assumed" Charlie Boy + Bo were sweating b/c kept wiping their faces w/ white towel. McCauley asking Mercado if she learned about 'significance' of white towel in this case. Mercado said Tuesday she saw Ortiz wear white towel on 6/13/13 (white towel was found at crime scene) Mercado never previously mentioned a white towel until her testimony at this trial.
McCauley: When did you remember the white towel? Mercado: I don't remember when I remembered it.

Has worked for the FBI for 17 years. She’s a Geologist specialist. Webb will discuss the soil found on Nissan Altima compared to soil from crime scene. Webb received 2 items to analyze: debris from passenger side wheel well of Altima & soil sample crimes scene.
Webb now talking about the comparisons she made between soils in Altima wheel well & the crime scene soil. Webb says the samples were different: soil near crime scene not same as that in the Altima wheel well. There were differences in color, texture, and composition btw the soil samples. Despite some consistencies, the soil near crime scene not the same as that in the Altima wheel well.
On Cross:
Def: So your results are your results. Whether it hurts the pros or helps the pros, right? Webb: Yes
Defense: so, the 2 samples were "very different?" witness: Correct.

Judge Garsh is striking the red arrow on the last exhibit the jury saw. Garsh indicating trial stopping to allow exhibit to be amended.

Why not the court of common sense. I judge you a murderer. It's obviously obvious and I ain't listening to bull shit technical verbal legal reasons. Jail for you

those cell phone triagulations are admissible? I thought the science behind cell phone triangulations and the way that towers work have made it so that it's not considered a reliable bit of evidence these days.

It all sounds very weird and fishy, but i haven't seen a single conclusive evidence that he shot the other guy, or why he would do it...

Tough one for the jury.

Shayanna is in the building sporting her engagement ring at that. She has been in court
before not wearing it.

Although she has immunity if she lies that's perjury and immunity goes away. Aaron's cousin who also had immunity wasn't really that much help. As she had memory loss according to her from medication. Funny how she could remember almost everything the defense asked though.. We'll see how Shay handles it.

Not really tough at all. You're not going to have a picture of him shooting the guy. There is a ton of stong evidence.

Tough one for the jury.
They don't actually have to prove he shot Odin Lloyd, under the joint venture law all that they need to show is that he knowingly and willingly participated in the murder.
