ACLU Complaint: Teacher assaulted, harassed 11yo Muslim student, invoked Trump

So what kind of excuse are we lookin at for this one?

I'm gonna go with religious freedom with dash of first amendment with a full on denial of assault
 
I want hillary to apologize for apologizing about calling trump supporters deplorables.

I mean, when I was in school we had a teacher flashing people, one who threw a chair (actually a whole desk), and one who had a full on melt down, so... ?

The school system was really low on teachers a few years back, so they were willing to accept anyone to get numbers up.

That's why these things keep happening.

Hopefully there's also a criminal complaint filed (unless I misread the nature of the complaint filed by the ACLU).

As disgusting as the other stuff is, the teacher should be jailed for choking an 11 year old.

That sounds quite unlikely - where did you see that? There is a stock picture with a black teacher in one of the news article on the topic, but I haven't seen anything about the teacher being black?

The whole story is painful to believe - it's comical in its villainy for a teacher. Throw the teacher in jail.

What surprises me is all of this started around a year ago. I guess this election cycle has been going on for too long because I can't remember it being so intense that long ago.

It's been this way for many Muslims since 9/11 and it never stopped. We are just hearing about it more because there's a presidential candidate on the side of these idiot racists now.

I can't speak for FeenixRising but if you look at the school's website they have photos of the teachers. Dunno if posting the link is allowed (I am certainly not advocating any form of harassment, or contacting of the teacher at all really) but her full name is in the ACLU's formal complaint which is posted on their website.

So we are just letting anyone teach these kids... this person couldn't have been my future kid's teacher because I would be in jail and they would be enjoying the afterlife

It's probably not the only case if you read the complaint from the ACLU.

That is unbelievably sickening.
 
The ACLU complaint itself reads much worse than the summary in the article. Myles basically tormented, bullied, and excluded the kid for months, not to mention the case of assault, and the burden came on the family at the end of the day. Huh?

Human trash, and the school's handling of the matter sounds just as deplorable.
 
She sounds like a fucking psycho and should probably get jail time, on top of getting fired.

And that school who allowed her to stay employed through all of this needs a change of leadership and a thorough house-cleaning.
