Sure . . . but I'm nit-picking. They had meth pills that they would take. They did not create meth crystals that they smoked. Pretty much the same but not completely. I'd suspect there would be some different reactions to a pill compared to smoking it. (As there are some differences between eating pot and smoking it.) Hitler was not in a corner smoking out of some glass pipe AFAIK.

I'd agree of course. Injections were more then possible though in the time period. Injections really took off in 1950's Japan though from what research I've done in the past.

The Nazi's refined meth from an earlier form and used it as a stimulate for their soldiers, back then the full effects were probably not understood or well documented.

Hitler needing medication for various medical conditions probably piled methamphetamine on as a stimulate to 'help him work' or something along those lines... Kinda like a coffee pill.

I've heard stories of German personnel using meth as a stimulate going nuts on the battlefield; doing stuff as dumb as engaging an enemy tank with a handgun.

I would say all these revelations of Hitler's extensive drug use was an attempt at character assassination.....but it's fucking Hitler.

I saw a documentary a year ago on 4/20 called "High Hitler" and it was about all the drugs he took. It was fascinating, but I had been up for 30 hours and was too tired to really focus on it.
