That's a lot of guest stars.

I guess Coulson goes to Peggy to help set up SHIELD again/get advice etc?

Tuesday September 23rd at 9pm ET.

Probably a flashback to tie things into Agent Carter. I don't think Peggy's in any condition to be helping with Coulson's situation.

I was thinking about that too lol, she didn't seem totally bad in TWS but I'm guessing the whole "SHIELD was actually HYDRA" may have taken a toll on her.. Totally forgot about Agent Carter too.

It's gotta be earned though, she can't be a hardass for no reason.

She will probably come down hard on Tony and the gang in Age of Ultron after something horrible happens.
She's also not in the leadership role like in the MCU which needs the hard-assedness. She still has Fury as the "Bad Cop".

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.S2 |OT| Skye, Ward, S.W.O.R.D
Marvelous.

S2E2 title and synopsis. No major spoilers here, but tagged just in case.

"Heavy is the Head" - Hunted and running out of solutions, Coulson puts his team right in the line of fire in the hopes of saving them all.
But with General Talbot, Hydra and Creel all on the attack, can they possibly survive? Meanwhile, a mysterious Doctor (Kyle MacLachlan) harbors some dangerous secrets that could destroy one of our core team members.

Guest starring are B.J. Britt as Agent Antoine Triplett, Adrian Pasdar as Brigadier General Glenn Talbot, Ruth Negga as Raina, Henry Simmons as Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie, Wilmer Calderon as Idaho, Kyle MacLachlan as The Doctor, Brian Patrick Wade as Carl Creel, Simon Kassianides as Sunil Bakshi,
Carolina Espiro as waitress and Cutter Garcia as bartender.

So Raina's back, Absorbing Man is in more than one episode, and Skye's father is "The Doctor." I'm guessing he's a loosely adapted High Evolutionary, which seems more plausible to me than any of the Inhumans speculation.

Also, kinda odd that Blood is apparently a regular, yet Britt still only gets guest billing.

Talbot and the Absorbing Man?
They are setting up some standalone Hulk movie stuff from the sound of it.

Saying
"The Doctor" makes me think of a Doctor Who crossover
:O

Just wanted to say I'm getting hyped for this show's return. I'm really hoping they keep up the momentum of last season and so far it looks like they will.

She's too important on Person of Interest damn it, you leave Root alone!

didnt know Xena (thats right, Xena, who the fuck are these teenagers associating her with Spartacus) was going to be in this, thats cool.
